Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was way overpriced, but I understand Cape Canaveral is a big tourist trap to begin with. Won't be staying here again.

The rooms were not only dark, they were so dreary. The carpets had stains the curtains had big brown stains on them.. nasty looking. The yellow walls were scuffed with black marks. The music by the pool was way too loud. You can’t enjoy a quiet drink by the pool. Then there is the smoking. Because people can smoke anywhere- they do. It’s so awful to not be able to ever breathe fresh air. I kept trying to move away from smokers. They should have their own section. Or at least have one section at the bar where non smokers can eat without the repulsive smell of cigarettes.
The bed was comfortable. The room was easy to find. The pool was nice. I never had breakfast there

I didn't like trying to figure out how to get to the room, it felt like a maze.
The hotel was nice and convenient to the port that we were cruising from. The front desk staff were amazing 👏. The young men taking care of people for transportation to the port were exceptionally.

Room wasnt the cleanest, we had clumps of hair on the carpet for example. The door handle was also hanging off

Shuttle bus director was extremely rude when we were unsure as to where we needed to be to take the shuttle to the port.

Beautiful grounds pool and reception area
The first night they put us in a real shabby room we were not gonna even stay but got in at 4 am cause of flight delays in the morning we went down to front desk and told them we were checking out room not exceptble so they said would give better room that room was fine but never came to clean not even once not even to take out garbage we had to ask housekeepers for towels it was crazy never had that and we travel all the time very disappointed the place was beautiful But u want to have your room clean we made our own beds everyday when Iam on vacation I expect them to do that it wasn’t cheap either very disappointed is this how all your booking are

Outside walk ways were dirty. Need to clean them from time to time

The walk to our room from the front desk was a HIKE, it would have been fine for us but I had my elderly grandmother with me, they didn’t have anything closer but keep that in mind when you book to make a request.

The only plus to this hotel is the beautiful pool area. It’s way overpriced for what you get! The hotel food is decent. The room was crappy and needed updated. It should be rated 2 or 3 stars!

Our room was at the far end of the property, so it was a long walk with heavy luggage.
I like the location the most. Wasn’t there long enough do notice anything else.
