The building is quite old, therefore, some repairs are in order. The roll up blinds were old and off the track, so we had to manually roll them up. The bathroom door in the master bedroom opened in instead of out, making it a tight squeeze to enter. It was nice to have a parking garage, but the parking spaces are very small and tight. We have a truck, which barely fit, so it was nice not to have to move it often.

The location was perfect. We only had to park once and everything was in walking distance. The views from the condo were exceptional. The corner unit was a bonus as we could open sliding doors for added ventilation. There were beach chairs and an umbrella, which was a nice touch.

I didn't like that there was no breakfast provided by the Capri. The common areas were also not very inviting nor did the ambience seem friendly. I wasn't able to find the pool either.

I loved the condo and our million dollar view! I loved having a full kitchen to make big breakfasts for my family! It was a home away from home and absolutely worth every penny I paid! Reviews about the "dated" furniture were discouraging, so I am so glad that I booked the Capri anyway! The memories we made and view we enjoyed all week made everything a dream come true for us!

The only thing that I didn’t like was that they didn’t provide enough towels while we stayed there, that’s because their policy says that you need to be there 5 nights or longer to get new linens and towels.

The location was excellent especially for being both next to the beach and close to restaurants and bars.

I tried to call the front desk and before I could ask my question the lady cut me off and asked what property and then abruptly transferred me. The person who answered didn't even let me finish my question about parking before saying the desk isn't open and to call back. This was after 9 am. The other issue was the unit across from us was apparently undergoing renovation. I heard banging and drilling nonstop from 830 am until well after 6 pm each day of the trip.

Location was amaze ! Room was very comfortable, spacious and view was killer . Great for our family of 3. Check in was super easy and the evening security guard was really nice and did a great job !

There are laundry services on each floor. And although you can download an app to pay for your laundry, it would be very convenient if there was a change machine to get quarters.

Although Capri by the sea does not offer breakfast, there are lots of breakfast places around the property, although pretty expensive, especially after paying a high fee for room. Great location if your goal is to spend lots of time on the beach or even just look at the ocean. Can not beat the location.

The room was very outdated and the floors weren't clean. The beds were not comfortable at all. The pool was a short walk down the road which was OK but wasn't very transparent upon booking (almost always the swim pool/hot tub is connected to the facility). We couldn't go through the lobby and had to find side entrances to get to and from the pool. None of the televisions in our room worked and unlike a hotel, they weren't able to refill the coffee packets, or anything like that while we stayed, so we had to find a grocery store to get some very basics for only a three day trip.

The location and the view was wonderful. It had a swim pool, and hot tub even though it was away from the property. THe directions were easy enough to follow.

Everything but the ocean view . The place was dated beyond compare. It was very dirty. Stains on the walls, and floors, the microwave was filthy. Bathroom faucets did not work. There was no thermostat in the place. The front door door lock did not work.

Unit was filthy. Stained bedsheets, Tv's never worked, furniture was so stained you didn't want to sit on it, some chairs broken, and broken lamp hanging over couch dangerous. Dropped ice on floor wiped it up filthy. Bathroom toilet ran all the time couldn't sleep. Could not relax had to wash everything down, including dishware. Have pics to share. This unit need an overhaul, and deep cleaning by professionals.

Dirty. SMELLS AWFUL. The bedroom smells are because the bedspread and the decorative pillows have obviously not been cleaned in YEARS. There was a silverfish in the bathroom commode tank. The furniture was “thrift shop quality” at best. The coffee table is broken. The place hasn’t been painted in years. The living room armchairs are old, dirty, and musty-smelling. There is NOTHING to recommend this unit (1107) other than the ocean. My family were in a different unit. It was clean, well-appointed, and recently refreshed. Based on my family’s experience, I will consider coming to this building again, but NOT in 1107. UGH!

A bit dated and the bed linens were cheap, no fitted sheet on the mattresses just a thin sheet layed over it. The extra pillow in the closet for the sofa bed was stained and filthy. No working cable tv. Remote to turn on light/fan over the kitchen table was missing.

The one we stayed in was really run down with some furniture that was broken. Carpet was stained in living room. Toilet ran a lot and didn't always flush. Stay was not very accommodating. Luggage carts falling apart and wheels locking. This one was the first at Capri that I was very disappointed with! I payed a lot of money for a week.

The floor was cleaned but not rinsed. Could still feel the detergent. The toilet and sink also. BUT Maybe that’s life on the ocean. Everything is sticky and feeling Unrinsed. I can accept that reasoning. Otherwise the experience was fantastic.
