Hair in refrigerator and bathtub. Water also in bottom of fridge. Flooring had no covering so was very cold. Minimal places to put clothing/belongings. Only 1 chair for seating apart from beds.

Next day our fishing trip at Yankee Fleet was cancelled.

The bed was very comfortable. The location was close to Yankee Fleet for our scheduled fishing trip the next morning. The key arrangements worked out great. Enjoyed watching a basketball game on the TV, The room was warm and comfortable.

We were never able to connect to the WiFi, one of the beds in the room was extremely wonky because it had a twin size box spring under 2 mattresses. The ice machine is in the office but the office closes at 830 our first night I called back to back around 630 pm and even went to the office no one was there at all no one answering the phone. On top of all of that they make it seem like room keeping is mandatory when you're not in the room. We went out to see Salem for the day and came back with our picked up beds made all of our stuff moved and organized Sure, it looked nice but we had a lot of valuables and electronics and they were all organized and moved !!!!! The last thing my check out was at 11am we ended running behind and leaving the room around 1120am went to the office to check out mind you I called and spoke to the office around 9 am no one was there I had to walk back down to the room to give the keys to the cleaning ladies like we were a lil pissed about all of that to be honest.

Honestly the rooms were amazing the mini fridge was keeping everything extra cold the woman at the front desk very nice and polite and friendly and gave us a lot of information about the area ( it was our first time in Boston and we went to Salem). The rooms had a back side with chairs and a table that was much appreciated.

We really couldn't think of anything we didn't like...we were there during Hurricane Lee (9/23) and they called us in advance to tell us they didn't have a generator...which was no big deal to us..so if you're looking for a place to book at the last minute I think you'll like this place😁

Parking is a breeze we took our F350 Superduty and was a little concerned about parking space but when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised...the rooms are huge and very nice ...TV is larger than most hotel rooms... coffee ..refrigerator and microwave in the room...we had no problems with anything😁👍

We stayed there in july and the room was great but the time we had a bed that was not in good shape and made lots of noise when you moved . We requested a different room and they gave us another room . The air conditioner also made strange noises .

The location was great , centrally located to everything we wanted to go to. The hotel is far enough off of the road so that you do not hear the traffic going by .

Was little old , sitting outside was lots of mice running in the grass, pool says open at 9 and wasn’t open til 4:30 in the afternoon , switch for bathroom doesn’t work .

I had a room with 2 double beds. There were 2 pillows on each bed. I checked in and went out for a few hours. When I returned someone had taken a pillow out of my room. I really am not ok with someone entering my room like that. I noticed immediately.

Not having extra towels for the pool, and when i asked i was basically told no. and when i used my towel to dry up poolwater on my room floor, it was dirty like the floor hadnt been mopped in awhile. Is it possible to offer discount beach passes to guests?
