눉On day 1 was contacted by Caravelle about my reservation status. Apparently, Booking.com had not forwarded my credit card information. The room had been double-booked, which Caravelle worked out. The room wasn't what I reserved on the site. Moved to the room I originally booked on the 2nd day. Took 3 trips to the office to finally get it right. Disappointing! On 5th day noticed I was being double billed against my credit card. Got issue resolved with Office Manager. Overall, mostly disappointed with the entire experience!
눇To Caravelle's credit, the folks in Reception (Demonte & Cory) were very friendly and really tried to make amends for the numerous mistakes.

눉Slightly dated resort that could use a re-do. Wi-Fi was very spotty and went on and off.
눇Staff was always very friendly. Great location right on the beach. All the pools were very nice and my son had a blast.
