Pool cold could not go in. Tv was out there were switching to cable. Onle coffee for breakfast and it was in an industrial park full of big trucks and in between industrial plants

Dirty, noisy, hotel under a bridge. Entrance to swimming pool was locked. Very expensive for less fun :-( Never again, rather will be sleeping at the airport. I took it because I return from the Big Island at the evening and my flight was early in the morning.

The room showed it's age . It could have used a bit of a deep clean . The pool water looked dirty we didn't use it .

Close to the airport . Had a small market and pub attached to it . Staff were extremely helpful.. The airport shuttle was handy . Thx to the young surfer guy working in the pub . We enjoyed the chat .

Very old, very basic, very expensive. Very noisy all night: trucks at midnight, car alarms, guests talking very loudly, so much noise all night. The furniture looked like it came from a thrift shop.

The garden area, the coffee 24 hours a day. Some Staff was nice. The shuttle was good.

Rooms were a little run down, cables weren't managed for the microwave/fridge so it made it feel a bit cluttered.

Clean rooms and staff were friendly, plus the AC worked. The airport shuttle is an excellent addition too.

Fairly old facility that needs updating. Not many choices for food within walking distance.

Close to airport with very convenient 24 hour shuttle. Nearby Keʻehi Lagoon Beach Park was a nice place to walk for morning exercise.

Need new beds already, you been running those beds too long. Also the pillows are awful. Pls make an investment in those items and the hotel will be perfect!

I love the location! Parking is AWESOME! The day staff are not as friendly as the evening staff. We usually check in in the night and those staff persons are so nice and helpful! The day staff, not very friendly or even welcoming. But overall me and husband love staying there, best location.

If you arrive at the airport and you need to call the reception for the shuttle to pick you up. I waited at the pre-arranged 1 spot for at least half an hour for the shuttle and I was told the shuttle was coming in 5 minutes! I could have waited in a cooler place if I was told it takes that long! And shuttle driver still didn't have my name and doulbe checked if I was a expected guest of the hotel.

Rooms could use a chair that has a back on them. Really no place to sit. Husband has bad back and sitting in the bed to watch TV or on the funny chair was not an option. A small coffee pot in room would of been a plus

I was happy with the Pacific Marina Inn. I felt it was clean and comfortable and allowed me to get a quick nap in between 2 connecting flights from Honolulu airport

The shuttle to pick us up from the airport took way too long to arrive but the shuttle driver was friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean but there is too much noise from the car park. It's a very old hotel that needs to be modernised.

they opened the pool at 9;30am instead of 9am so i couldn't go. the restaurant's food was absolutely horrible. I couldn't even chew the chicken enough to get it down my throat. Orange chicken. The other customers looked happy though.
