Only problem was noise coming from the rooms next to us and above at 2 am.

The staff were very helpful. The location was perfect for the venue we attended.

The stairways aren't covered, and in Washington that is always a little more of a concern, especially when it has been raining and they are wet, or slightly frozen. Would be nice to have covered ones for safety, especially for the older customers.

The staff is very nice and accommodating and answer any questions or concerns you may have. The beds were very comfortable and everything was very clean. All you needed.

There is currently no breakfast, but we did know that ahead of time.

It was clean, comfortable, close to the location where we had a conference and very inexpensive. The manager was very friendly. Since covid even the expensive hotel chains do not provide daily room services and we were surprised to return from our meetings to find fresh towels, coffee, and toiletries in our room.

There was no breakfast available currently. The facility is older, but by a pretty lake, and great freeway access and close to outlet malls. the room was very clean and the bed very comfortable.

I've stayed before, but they have definitely been updating this Inn. Reported the coffee maker was not working and a new one was delivered to my room. Big bay window overlooking the pond. Bed was big and comfortable.

The outside is a little bit tired. We stayed here a year ago and could see that the owner has made some improvements since then.

Love the view of the lake from our room and the ability to bring our own chairs and sit outside our room and look at the lake.

it is a nice, quiet place .The lake in back was peaceful. The staff was polite and the place was keept very clean. I liked the location it was easy to go out and about and still find my way back

Along one side of the lake is I-5, and we had to close the windows to decrease the noise.

Every room looks out over the lake. It is a peaceful view. The bed was comfortable. Mini fridge, coffee maker with coffee packets, and microwave were nice additions to the room.

I definitely heard the freeway. Luckily my earplugs worked well enough and it was kind of white noise when I wanted to sleep. If I'd spent any amount of waking time in the room it might have annoyed me, but I didn't

Very clean rooms; decent shower pressure. I was upstairs so no one overhead. There was plenty of space for my cooler and bicycle that I didnt' want to leave on my car. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. It was very nice to have fridge, coffeemaker, etc. These are all the things that matter; fancy or the most up-to-date furnishings are not important to me.

the bath hot water is unstable, suddenly hot, suddenly cold. the location is not good, difficult to find. even with google map.

price is reasonable, room condition is good, there is a lake behind the hotel is beautiful,

The owner/check in staff was very rude. Mind you they have a check in time ending at 9 pm, which is very wierd. And on top of it the staff sent a message that day and was expecting us to be there by 9pm. I didn't even have my dinner in peace. I had to rush. He was not at all friendly. Other than this part the stay was pretty good and comfortable.

The hotel was clean and Lake view was really good!
