Paying for parking especially since there was no alternative parking available. I could see $10/night, but $60 seems excessive. Also, there wasn't a clock in the room. Doesn't have to be a radio/alarm, just something to easily tell the time.

Very comfy suites and very clean overall. Front desk staff was very cordial and helpful. Really enjoyed the drinks and dinner at the restaurant - the bartender was excellent.

I think the per night parking was in excess of $65. I think that’s the most I’ve ever paid for parking.

Love everything about this unique property! The room was huge with a separate living room area. Very quiet. Spotlessly clean. Front desk staff, valets, and Faruk in the restaurant were top notch!! Also very convenient that there were EV chargers in their gated parking garage.

Hotel is located in a perfect location that is close to everything but very quiet. The room is large and clean, but the view wasn't the best depending on the room you get. The pool wasn't open due to maintenance, but they had other hotels we could visit which we did, and they were great.

roof was under construction, tried to extend my stay & staff was not accommodating nor did they follow-up to let me know if there were rooms available or sold out, so i had to leave and book another hotel nearby, the view of my room was not ideal facing another balcony.

Would have loved a better view, hills facing room, my balcony looked right into another room. Also would have loved if we were notified that the pool was under construction. Would have loved to post and lay out on the rooftop for that was a main contributor to my booking.

Pool closed for rehab. Parking pricey. $65 per nite. No maid service. Found out you have to request it. Wasnt told at checkin.

Dining area is not tented very well. Long waits just to get a coffe. Wish there were ice machines on the floors. It can take up to 20 minutes to get a bucket of ice.

Amount paid for valet parking, which was 65 per night. 96 dollar taxes charged on top of expensive over night charge.

The room was beautiful, the staff were exceptional. The location was odd, it's with a bunch of apartments, so it was quiet. You couldn't really walk to shops and restaurants. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was amazing.

The room looked out directly onto the hotel restaurants which means we have to keep the blinds drawn at all times, absolutely no privacy otherwise. It really detracted from the enjoyment of the room, and made the price seem very steep, especially since the hotel seemed rather empty - I find it hard to believe there weren’t other rooms available.

Great location in WeHo, attentive and nice staff. The beds were pretty comfortable. The valet was very prompt.

The kitchen was not good, food quality poor. No vegetarian option available at all. The bar staff embarrassed by the chef and lack of options.

Great location and a great amount of room for a family of 4. Loved the convenience of Trader Joe's nearby, close enough to walk to the Sunset Strip and felt safe around the area.

the tv chromecast didnt work and we were really looking forward to it the entire stay- and the $65 valet parking is ridiculous especially when its just right in front of your eyes 10 steps away

At $65/day, valet parking added an extra $200 to our bill. Also, the restaurant was closed during our stay--not a deal breaker, but wish we had known ahead of time.

Ginormous rooms, free coffee in a.m. and wine in p.m., cute rooftoop pool. Location is fantastic--very central, yet a bit removed from the craziness of Sunset.

The staff was very friendly, Spencer was very welcoming at front desk. The wine happy hour was an awesome treat. I had 2 bartenders serve me 2 different nights, one was Hayden and I forget the other fellow name. They were both very friendly. Breakfast was very good, amazing burrito. Overall very good experience
