Beds are stiff and mattresses feel cheap (I could feel the springs). The room was clean but dusty, could use a little more attention to detail. We had to request more TP and a box of tissues would have been nice. A huge beetle and small flying bug visited, not surprising for the rural location, though.

Good location for us. Fantastic price. Helpful staff. Room was clean and comfortable, felt much more modern than the exterior hinted at--nice renovation. Fridge, freezer, and microwave are great amenities.

the room was very small, I've paid less for much bigger rooms There were no instructions on how to make the TV work - had to get the management to come in and fiddle with connections the shower was incredibly hot and hard to adjust

the location is great, just off the Parkway, with a little convenience store just across the road the wifi was excellent - had no trouble connecting to the internet, very fast and solid

The bed spreads are a little thin.

This property has a beautiful view. Very close to the town of Chatham. I loved that it had chargers for electric cars. I had rented an EV and wasn’t quite sure where I could charge it.

We were on the second floor and that is not a problem for us but if you did not want to carry your bags up stairs perhaps you could request a room on the first floor.

An old building in the middle of what seemed like nowhere and this was such a wonderful place to rest after a long day of driving. The floor was a light wood, not old carpeting. The wifi was excellent. It was very clean. A freezer, refrigerator and microwave. I would stay there again and recommend.

the owner violated my privacy, went through my things, turned my heat off and came into my room in the middle of the night.

here are just a few, there were many 1- No smoke detector, it was missing the alarm 2-filthy end tables and headboard, had to wet a face cloth to wipe down the area. 3- in the bathroom on a hook on the back of the door were 2 bathing suit tops from a previous person. Just shows that nobody cleans this properly. It's been a long time since swimming season so those tops have been there for some time.

In the middle of the night, someone used a key to unlock our room and began to come in, but was prevented from doing so by the chain we had across. The desk clerk indicated that probably the door was not locked (and that the person was someone checking in who got confused about which room they were assigned)--but I was pretty sure it was. Generally speaking, this experience left us feeling unsafe, and we didn't sleep very well.

Biggest issue is most outlets did not work in the room.

They don't serve food. Close to our event at Columbia County Fair, Chatham, NY and only motel in town.
