The room was tired and cannot have been redecorated for quite sometime and if I am being very picky it could do with extra noise insulation as it was a little noisy though this didn't wake me up.
The location was perfect. A short and pleasant walk into downtown. The room was large and it had all the equipment I needed for ironing and my office work too. Bed extremely comfortable. My three night stay was just fine. For the price, I would stay there again.

The room was clean and very nice, but it was way too hot and we couldn’t get the heater to turn off so we had the heater and the air conditioner running trying to make it cooler in the room.

At first night about 1:30am March 24 the I arrived there because before I lossed last hotel and had to reserved Travelagev but ishe said at 3:00 24th is check in time I request one room to rest and she gave me so bad room 235 derty small and was like storage ni chair and any service $198 ☹️ I complain but noting I accepted because we we’re tired need to ret finally tomorrow for 2 day reserve in reception we can get another room. Anyway I got bad experience for one night at that room were.☹️

The breakfast was good and restaurant staff very friendly.

Now the shower was flipping AMAZING!!! And my guest got bit up by something so she is gonna have to go to the Dr when getting home.
The staff are super amazing and the housekeeping stays on top of there job.

Lots of space with a gigantic desk and walk-in closet. The kitchenette with fridge, microwave, and a coffee machine was a plus. It has free wifi. Location is fantastic next to several metro/train stations and restaurants, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the Art Institute.
