A little noisy so close to the highway, no safe path to the Main Street of town.

The rooms and grounds are comfortable and well kept. I loved the dogwood trees and fountain! Beautiful bathroom.

Room was very dark - outside light limited. Bathroom was tiny - no space for bathroom items. Room’s outdoor “patio” very uninviting and dark. When couple checked in next door, we could hear them coughing and snoring. Shower could use a good cleaning.

Great location to walk into town. Good continental breakfast. Lots of hot water. Quiet. Nice staff.

The pillows were absolutely awful. Please consider getting rid of all the goose down pillows and swapping them out for memory foam. Both my husband and I had sore necks by the morning.

The property and decor were wonderful. The fireplace was especially nice. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was amazing!

it's a lovely spot and easy walk to the village. It's right on the busy road so unless you're recessed back in the property, it's noisy. The breakfast was a little less than I had anticipated but there are so many nice places to each within a 7 minute walk that it doesn't matter. Just one small free bottle of water in the room would have been a nice touch. Returning to the lobby in the pouring rain to buy a tiny bottle before having the chance to shop was a little silly but small detail.

The fountain needed some updating, also there was a chipped glass table in our bedroom and a couple of chips on some of the other decorative pieces. It could use a little spruce

The only things lacking were a fitness room and plant-based milk at breakfast - these are just suggestions as we enjoyed our stay.

The lobby and property were classy and inviting. The balcony room was well appointed - the fireplace was a nice touch, great sitting area, and the jacuzzi was great.

The breakfast. .. but I was informed they didn't have s functional kitchen. Some toast would have been nice and some cereal. It was very basic. Coffee was more like diluted coffee water

Very comfortable and convenient to walk into town. Secluded even though it is on the main highway through town.

There were some changes we noticed during this stay. The breakfast selections were more limited than previous visits. Still nice to have, though. Sad the gas fireplaces were replaced with non-heating electric fireplaces. Housekeeping was to clean rooms every other day. They did not. Had to alert reception. Not a huge thing but showed a slip in attention to service.

We have stayed at The Bergson many times and have always enjoyed our stay. We go in the winter and the rooms are cozy. Room 207 is very large and comfortable. We like that it is walking distance to town for restaurants and shopping. We do appreciate that a light breakfast is provided. Really a good value in the area!

Lovely and charming, the Bergson was a luxurious delight. The room was clean and comfortable. The skylight in the bathroom added to the charm. The huge fireplace in the continental breakfast area created a warm atmosphere to enjoy the artisan muffins, granola and compote parfait, with coffee/latte/hot chocolate/tea and milk, fruit and boiled eggs. Patio area with fountain was also charming. Excellent service as well.

I had a great experience at The Bergson. The location was perfect—just walking distance from Lincoln Ave. and next door to Tanks Garage Winery. The staff was helpful and friendly. We had the king suit, and it was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend

This was a getaway with my daughter to celebrate her birthday. Surprise upgrade made the visit special (and love heated floors and warm cookies).

Location is perfect! Easy walk to shops, dining, etc. The Inn is small and cozy. The staff was extremely helpful in answering every question before and during our visit. Bonus, breakfast was a nice add.

Wish the lobby was open later. Traveled with a group and would have been nice to have a larger space to gather and relax together in the evening.

The noise from the roadway in front of the hotel can be a bit loud at times, but nothing overly significant.

We love everything about the Bergson and the King room with balcony, fireplace and tub for two-it is so romantic and truly a little slice of heaven. This is our third year returning to the Bergson and we are already looking forward to getting back there for our next visit!

The room we were given was small. All the other times we have stayed here the room has a little more space. Also because the hotel is so close to a 4 way stop sign it gets a little hectic trying to get out. And now brakfest is served later about 8 or 9, I remember being served at 6 or 7.

We love the location and the privacy. We also like that it's close to downtown calistoga. We had a small sitting area in front so that was nice for having coffee in the morning or just to enjoy the day.
