Curtains are needed in the room the blinds are great but once the sun hits still a little bright. The smoke detector in our room kept beeping all night.

Everything was nice except the power substation caught fire and we had no power on the island for two days.

Fresh towels were not brought every day and I asked for a second pillow and did not receive one. The room was a little small for 2 people. The front and back doors of the motel did not close or lock. The remote control for the tv did not completely work. The phone in the room did not work and there was no front desk but a front desk at the motel next door.

I think that the rooms that were DND should still be offered fresh towels and etc , I know that they were fully booked when we arrived but the housekeeper we didn't see to ask for fresh towels.

I loved that it was right by the beach and boardwalk and I loved that the front desk lady was more then helpful and very polite and inviting.

There was no ice machine on the building (but there is one on the adjacent property that they also own) which would have been nice before heading out. Because the building is old, our room showed its age. The door to the bathroom doesn't lock and the carpet looks old (but clean).

The hotel is a great value for money! First, its location is excellent: You're less than a block away from the steps that lead to the boardwalk. If you go on the other direction, there are restaurants and bars at your disposal. We got a suite for five adults and while maneuvering inside was a little problematic, it wasn't a hassle and we got into a pretty good flow on the second day. The bathroom is clean and the water pressure is good. The kitchen is stocked and had all of the things we needed to make meals.

It is only one block from the boardwalk and beach. Free parking. Had a vacancy that could sleep 6. Quiet area.

Size of the room.

Fantastic location ... half a block to the Boardwalk and beach. The room was tiny, especially the bathroom. I don't recommend this for more than 2 people. The staff was SUPER friendly and very helpful. Good parking area. The building and the room were clean and well maintained. A/C ... good. I found it pricey, but then realized the whole area (Wildwood) has become quite expensive. Beach was terrific. All in all, we were very happy. Cheers.

Bathrooms were a little small.

I like the older look. It's not like some that just don't want to update. It's being kept up keeping the old fashioned vibe going. No rowdy customers. Very nice lady who ran it while we were there. Nice cozy room for two.
