A couple of things. The TV kept pixellating, and we could not figure out how to turn on the shower. I left a note stating that, and hopefully next time we wouldn't experience those issues.

Great location. I liked the self check-in. We got a text stating that our room was ready, 3 hours before the published check-in time! And the key and receipt were ready in the room when we arrived (no office visit needed). The owner happened to be outside when we pulled in, and greeted us. I found the coffee from the drip coffee machine to be remarkably good.

The location was perfect for the reason we stayed. The property is older but very quaint and very clean.

I did not like that there was just a simple twist lock on the door. Traveling alone, would like more security. There wasn't even a chain on the door. Other than that it was fine.

There were ants in the bathroom. It was cold in the room. The battery was turned on for a while and then turned off. At night, the battery turned on very loudly. It was like being hit with a metal pipe. It was difficult to sleep peacefully. We called the staff twice, wanted to ask them to change towels. But no one picked up the phone. In the room, one mattress was comfortable, on the other bed very hard. The pillows are uncomfortable. Apparently they have been used for a long time. Like lumps inside.

Good location. The presence of a kitchen and a stove. The room is clean. Not a bad Wi-Fi. Clean linen. All accessories for cooking. Kitchen towels, dishes, pots and pans. Detergents and sponge.

A/C was not as cold as we would've wanted it. Room was small but that made it cozier.

Grounds are beautiful. Very well cared for. Clarence inn called me the morning of our trip and said our room was ready and just come to the room when you arrive. Quiet and very cozy! We definitely will be back.

The room was small. It had a kitchen but the owner told to not cook or fry in kitchen else they will charge. Then why they have kitchen in first place. The place had a damp smell. It is OK for short stay.

Some of the rooms are a bit outdated

When we first arrived at the motel we were placed in a room that was a little bit outdated and we had difficulty sleeping at night because the heater was very loud when it ran. We also had issues with the toilet We contacted the owner-operator and they were so very accommodating and moved us into such a great room. It truly was a wonderful relaxing experience for us

Disgusting attitude towards customers!!! You are being misled when providing the rooms you ordered. We booked a room with a kitchen with stove through booking.com. However, upon arrival they refused to provide us with a room with a kitchen. They said that a room with a kitchen is only available for stays of 4 days or more. This information was not available when booking. For us, having a kitchen was a fundamental factor. Since we arrived in the evening, we had to stay one night. We contacted the hotel owner several times. However, before you check in, they send you an SMS saying that they are always in touch, but in fact, after you check in, you won’t be able to contact anyone. They refused to refund the money for the unused night. Nobody responded to our messages. Only through Bookingcom they replied that they would not refund anything. We have stayed here before. We also spent three days trying to find someone who would give us fresh towels. In fact, we don't recommend doing this. You are being misled when booking rooms. There is simply no soundproofing. And if you come across some neighbors having fun, you are guaranteed a sleepless night. The toilet actually didn't work. It is impossible to sleep on the pillows.

The room is definitely dated and the bathroom was clean but so old it felt dirty even though it wasn’t.

When we checked in there was no soap or shampoo. We had to call for it. We also had to call for tea bags and creamer. These were not replenished. After the room cleaning we found the bed was made up shabily. It was very difficult to open the door lock. The maid was flattering us. too much. Instead she could have taken care of the above.

The location was excellent. The room space was good. The checkin instructions texted just before we reached were good. Cleanliness was good.
