Dirty AC filter,light in the hallway was to bright coming through the blinds when trying to sleep.

They updated there rooms,and the pool was open to cool off.

Very Dirty Property. Lights went on and off as they saw fit. Walls had embedded drips on them. People were smoking outside our room, causing dogs to have issues.

We liked that it was dog friendly and we were able to check in early because we had an appt at 4pm. Bed was comfy. Deep Bathtub and Cool waterfall Pool.

They still haven't refunded my deposit for two rooms and it's been a month already.

I changed rooms 2 times in two days. 1st time, elevator was down and didn’t want to haul my stuff up the stairs. 2nd time the commode over flowed in the middle of the night. And my last room had a roach running across the shower and had no wash rags in the room.

The pool was beautiful and very cold.

I had to go through 3 different rooms while being there. The first room was infested with cockraches. The second heater didn't work and it was cold in my room. In the 3rd room, I didn't want to change again because I only had a day left to stay and the fridge didn't work, so I had to eat what I had left over in the fridge.

The bed was comfy.

What can I say , you get what you pay for. It's by no means luxury. It's a room, with a bed, a way outdated look. It's what you get when you looking for cheap , just passing through, need a place to stay for the night or maybe 2 nights..it's got a creepy look at night. But it's really not.. I mean, I've stayed in worst places..like I said passing through and you need a place to stay but ain't trying to spend to much, there's a bed , a restroom a table and chair,TV and a coffee pot .

Check in was quick and easy. 100$ cash deposit,you get it right back as soon as you check out. Front desk people was nice. The hotel is literally right there where everything is , a mall , fast food , free way entrance.

We found a cockroach in the bathroom, and it wasn't really clean.

Room floor was dirty like they hadn’t mop or sweep in weeks. The bathroom doors and wall were full of dust and stain everywhere. Also, the room didn’t have a phone to call the front desk our tv remote battery die and the only option available was walk to the front desk.

Housecleaning came to the door while I was still there in the morning but didn’t return to clean or freshen towels in my room but did next door in the second room I also rented for my sister and niece.

I did not like the fact that there was a one inch gap under the door to the room. One of the outlets in the sitting quarters did not work, and the only garbage can was in the sitting quarters. We found a pubic hair in the bathtub, as well as the drain in the tub being backed up a bit.

The young lady at the reception desk was very welcome and professional. I loved that the location was very quiet, as well as there being ample parking spaces. The bed was very comfortable, and for the most part the room was clean.

The elevator is not working,we have to use the stairs and our room is on 4th floor and also the floor on our room is dusty like it was not clean or mop before our stay.

Affordable and very close to restaurants and malls and springs which is the reason of our trip.

The poolside bar was only open Saturday evening and was closed on Sunday. (I assumed poolside bar would have same hours as the pool). The hotel's nightclub, Rayn, was also closed for remodeling. I wish they'd update their website when amenities aren't available.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The pool/waterfall was beautiful.
