The AC unit didn't work in our room. The actual unit seemed to be fine, but it was the plug that was messed up.. it wasn't connected correctly to the unit and it needed maintenance at the very least if not an electrician to go and fix the outlet for the AC unit.

The girl at the front desk was amazing. She went above and beyond and brought us a fan from downstairs when our AC unit didn't work. She was very busy, even when we arrived at check in. But she greeted us and was extremely kind.

While our stay was only one night, I really didn't find anything I disliked.

Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was welcoming and skilled. The location, with easy walking distance to Kaufman Stadium, is excellent. A great way to attend a Royals game. The breakfast was wonderful.

The only negative for us was that the sink was draining slowly. It wasn’t a bother and the front desk was apologetic and let the maintenance team know as soon as we let them know upon checkout.

We didn't like asking the front desk questions, because they didn't know the answers about the facility. The staff need more training. We didn't like the price hike for the two-night stay just because the Chiefs had a game. We've stayed at $400 a night hotels before and this one didn't warrant it. It was a non-smoking hotel but could smell Marijuana in the hallway and the room. Not sure how the hotel can control it since it is legal now.

We loved the location next to Arrowhead Stadium. The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.

My sister was the guest. This is her review: The area of the microwave and fridge was very dirty, including the coffeemaker The same associate who attended me when arriving and departing from the hotel, was extremely rude, the checking process was unnecessarily tedious and very much unpleasant. She would not smile, speak straight to me avoiding eye contact and making me feel very much unwelcome. Upon arrival, She didn’t greet me, didn’t provide her name and was asking me to pay extra “fees” which I had to pay upfront before I even got the key to the room, even though the room was already paid. My name was not found in the list of guests either. I wouldn’t want to think that she was bias against me! Nevertheless, the other hotel staff was pleasant, very professional as it is expected, and extremely kind!

The only issue I had was when I first arrived our AC unit wasn’t working but they got us in a new room within minutes.

The breakfast was one of the best ones I’ve had from a hotel. And the location was perfect for where I was going.

There was no bar in the closet to hang our clothes. The heat did not work properly, but someone showed up in less than 10 minutes to adjust. It helped a little.

The staff was extremely hospitable. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Located directly across from the Kansas City Chief's Stadium.

Place is old and looks like a dump from the outside. Its reason for being is to offer lodging for people attending KC Royals , and KC Chiefs games . We came for a great Chiefs game , and the place was a fun Chiefs Central ‼️‼️That Arrowhead was a 20ish minute walk was why we booked this property ‼️🏈🤗

The staff was helpful and cordial- Dylan, the operations manager was great‼️👏The breakfast offered was above average. Room was cramped , but mattress and pillows were very good.

If we could have left our car parked daily in the check in drive through, this stay would have been beyond belief. Since we had the same parking options as everyone else, it was believable. ...wait...I mean nothing was not to like.

The management here is doing a great job. The breakfast budget is going to the breakfast (not the manager's pocket). Breakfast had scrambled real eggs each day and also hard boiled eggs for we who shant eat yolks. There was bacon and or sausage every day. There were rotating days of blueberries, hand cut strawberries, raspberries. There were apples daily and bananas sometimes. There were bagels, toast, pastries, muffins, yogurt and cereal everyday. Waffles and pancakes alternated days. Breakfast was presented resort/convention style by staff who were clearly trained or at least led by culinary trained chef(s). They accept tips and we left plenty...we primed the tip jar when possible. The room was clean and QUIET as we always request ahead of assignment. Room service was performed accurately on days we didn't have the 'do not disturb sign out'. ALL basic 3 start hotel assignments were exceeded. This is easily a 4 star hotel. (I wonder why they are not 5 star?) We will book this hotel any time we visit and by chance do not stay with relatives in KCMO. I generally save 5 star ratings on surveys for folks like Jonah Salk or Mother Teresa, so when you see 5 stars in my reviews you know the place did well.

Way over priced for that facility!!!! We paid $852 for 3 nights- the photos in the web sight were very misleading!! It was just a basic motel, we thought it looked much nicer in photos than it was!! Granted the Lobby area was very nice, rooms were clean. Windows very dirty, stair wells very gross ( need new flooring!!! And toilets throughout wouldn’t flush very well. The Lobby bathroom toilets were always dirty as no one held down to flush and were full. Only 1 time ( out of 3) when I tried to use it was 1 stall useable!! But we enjoyed the convenience to the stadium, and the friendliness!

Close to stadiums, very friendly staff, and breakfast bar was amazing!

I don't like that I was charged a separate fee just based off the fact that we were across from the stadium.
