You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaCigarette burns on the bath tub; it's supposed to be smoke-free. The room smells clean, so it could be the previous owner. The ac/heater works really well.
Location is easy to find. And close to a gas station. It is easy to get to Silver Dollar City and to the main strip.

United States of AmericaPut a coffee pot in the rooms. Every time my wife and I wanted some coffee we had to go to the office/breakfast area for coffee. We could only do that during office hours. Some people stay up longer than others and like to have a cup of coffee just before bedtime.
Would not reccomend breakfast. Bisquits were not soft and gravy was very runny. The good thing of breakfast was the waffle maker. There was no toaster as some people just like a couple pieces of toast with there coffee.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was nice, and the beds were comfortable. The stay was better than I expected for no more than I paid for it.

The staff was great. The man who managed the breakfast area was on site and did a great job. The cleaning staff was also great. The breakfast was better than most in Branson.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that this motel doesn't have an ice machine. The staff did offer ice out of their freezer in the office...one ice bucket at a time.
The breakfast was good (scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, cereal, waffle maker, juice & coffee) but there was no meat (no bacon, ham nor sausage). The location was convenient and easy to get into & out of.

United States of AmericaThe owner/manager was very rude and disrespectful. I was charged twice for a check to see if my credit card was legit. I tried to show him, and he called me a liar and wouldn't even look at my proof. The air vent in our bathroom squeaked when you turned on the switch, which also controlled the light, so you had to shower in the dark. The shower switch was extremely hard to pull out.
The room was clean and comfortable. Area was in close proximity to many attractions. The pool was decent size.
