The website states that the room has a fully equipped kitchen, but it wasn't. Stove top only, no oven. Dishes were terrible and there wasn't a dish cloth. I booked this hotel once before and there was a fully equipped kitchen inside my room. My wife and I wanted to broil steaks and bake potatoes, impossible to do this without an oven. The remote for the TV didn't work and the wifi was terrible.

There was a very bad odor in the suite. Although the space looked clean the general property upkeep was poor..

I got placed in a room where things were falling apart, so it’s hard to say if maintenance is a priority there.

The location and proximity to a lot around really adds to the hotel experience.

Services inside the hotel practically absent. For checking in it took 30 minutes because the lady (1 lady for the whole hotel !) was collecting laundry from the laundry room. The other guests behind me probably took more than 1 to get in to their room.

For a non-smoking hotel, it was quite smokey. I ended up with horrible allergies because of all the smoke. My curtain didn't completely shut so the very bright outdoor light hit me straight in the face all night but that would probably only affect my specific room. I have never filled out so much paperwork in my life to stay at a hotel- it was really bizarre. The hotel seemed a bit on the dodgy side (rusted out cars without license plates parked in front etc)- I felt a wee bit uncomfortable. Staff was excellent but this hotel was not my cup of tea.

Staff was great. Laundry facilities were good. Right off highway and close to many options to eat.

The room I had reserved was not available when we got there. They weren’t sure where to put us and it took 30-45 minutes to figure it out. I understand that this is an extended stay hotel and that guests can extend their stays, but we were not contacted ahead of time. The same thing happened to the guest who was checking in when we arrived. She was supposed to have two queens and ended up with a queen and pullout. I was supposed to have a one bedroom suite with two queens and a sofa. I ended up with two queens, so one of my kids had to sleep on the floor in a sleeping bag. They ended up reducing my rate, but a phone call or email ahead of time would have helped tremendously. The room itself was fine, but the booking experience was not.

It was convenient to the interstate and places to eat. The hotel chain has two properties on the same road, so make sure you have the correct address.

The rooms could use more cleaning, especially the floors. The TV should be bigger.

There was no breakfast offered, because of the Covid, but they could offer muffins and juice on a box or bananas,but too lazy to fix something. Other hotels are laying out danish in sealed packages, even eggs, biscuits and gravy, juices, coffee. Also, I expected to see kitchen utensils inside the cabinets, I have to request for them and carry them upstairs to the room. The carpeting was sticky and nasty, need to change to hardwood floors or laminate. The floors are sticky in the bathrooms. Not enough soap and shampoo.

I didn't like the fact that I was given keys to a room that someone else was already occupying! This hotel didn't know who was in their hotel. I also did not like that the Asst GM was rude, hung up on the Booking. com agent, and offended another guest who was attempting to check in. He ended up leaving angry. I am requesting a FULL REFUND of $111. I was never given a hotel room and do not think it is fair to pay for an undelivered service. I am currently disputing this charge with my bank. Booking.com, please do the right thing and refund my money immediately.

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I checked into the hotel and was given keys to a room that some man was already occupying! The keys wouldn't work and a man called out from behind the door asking me what I was doing. I returned to the main desk and asked them to cancel my reservation or give me another room. The clerk cancelled my room, but wouldn't issue my refund and failed to give us another room. The Asst GM got involved and made the situation worse than it was already was. She got into a shouting match with a Booking. com agent and hung up the phone on the agent. My situation was NEVER resolved. This matter caused us to be an hour late for an event in Cleveland, Ohio and my husband had to find another hotel on short notice, causing us additional expense and time.

Sooo expensive. Hotels were taking advantage of people who went there to see the eclipse. No breakfast for this expensive stay. Grab and go is not the same as good breakfast.

The carpet is disgusting, grimy, sticky, the room has a lingering stench, there is no door on the closet, the linens were clean but worn. Like any port in a storm, but every other hotel in the area had rooms for 186 bucks night of. It feels like a scam to have my booking.com booking weaponized against me. Like I understand that there is a risk when you book the price of the room could decrease and you’re paying for the convenience of reserving the date, but I feel rather robbed. I think the room was worth, at most after tax, considering the date, 350 bucks. That’s the maximum. 475 for a room you can’t walk barefoot in? Cmon my friends. I should’ve cancelled my booking night of and gone to the Marriott. My fault thinking fulfilling the reservation would result in value for my money paid.

The kitchen facilities were fine, but the age and condition of the carpet, linens, draperies, television, the room stank and felt very grimy. A room can only be cleaned so much you know? It’s not for lack of trying like I’m sure the housekeepers do their best, but for 475 dollars I shouldn’t feel like I can’t take my clothes off in the room.
