Parking lot is not easy to navigate due to construction. The whole facility needs to be updated.

Stayed here many times over the years. The general upkeep and cleanliness has gone down a bit. Restaurant is closed, which is really a shame.

The cleaning staff was only every other day for our rooms, and if there were needs on the off days, they were met only after repeatedly asking for help. There were problems with the plumbing and airconditioning in one of the rooms, that should have been noticed before we were given the room. When the shampoo and soap ran out, the cleaning staff did not repplenish them. We had to ask for them at the front desk.

The location met our needs. The bus stop to Manhattan next to the hotel was very helpful. The staff was very accomodating to our religious needs (Jewish Sabbath).

The air conditioning did not work properly and the solution they provided was to put a floor fan in the room. Personnel were not as courteous as we would have liked. Just ok. The hotel infrastructure, including the rooms, needs some renovations.

The facilities are starting to show their age. Was disappointed the bar and restaurant were closed.

I have stayed here many times in the past. Location is excellent as is the staff. Room was comfortable and clean.

shower water would not get hot . Luke warm at best . room temperature very hard to control . extremely hot , get a room that has a window you can open ( we had to move to a room with a subdue we could crack )

No hot water when I was about to take a shower. Staff stated that the hot water switch was accidentally off.

We had problems with the air conditioning, unfortunately they never changed us the room. The air conditioning was broken and wet the carpet in a good part of the room. It's important to mention that in total we were staying between comings and goings for more than 20 days in the hotel. We had an unfortunate incident, one of the days they told us that we had not made a reservation and that the hotel was full, we insisted that we had made the reservation. We had to leave and find another hotel for that night (additional expense when looking for another hotel, mobility, the tension in the family, security). When the credit card statement arrived we were surprised that they had also charged that night even though they had indicated that we did not have a reservation, I called to make the claim and they told me that they would extort it, they have spent more than one week and have not yet made the return....

Air-Conditioing.

Excellent quiet location. Large comfortable rooms and very resposive staff. Only problem was that the Air -Conditioning doesn't work on the very hot 3rd floor so best to ask for a room on any other floor. The hotel did provide a fan which didn't really cool the room.

They put us in a room with a shower heater that’s not working even if they know we booked for 4 nights. I have to ask the next day and that’s when they moved us to third floor, shower is fine but it’s a smaller room. We hardly stay in the room since we were out for almost all day during the stay. The internet and tv was not working for our apple tv device, too.

I like the easy access to restaurants and city itself. The first room we had was big compared to a regular room with queen beds.
