Hall ways and stairs don't seem to get cleaned often. The side door to enter the hotel didn't close properly.

Staff was nice, but not knowledgable about the area. Also, our tv wouldn't work and when we went to the desk to ask we were told "just hit the home screen". We needed to use our smart phone put in room# then agree to not hold hotel reaponsible if our information was stolen. Needless to say we did not get ro watch tv.

The beds.

The beds where very comfortable, we lived them. The room smelled like dog urine. Since the beds were so comfortable, we just sprayed it and slept like babies.

I had to crash the staff Halloween party to fetch someone to man the front desk. There was no one to check in the line of guest that had accumulated.

There was the graveyard gentleman , really respectful helpful young man. Totally professional . And great sense of humor. The front desk young lady at check in the 1 day was super helpful polite . And professional . Very welcoming. The front desk young lady other days . WS very helpful . Professional. Great team player with housekeeping ladies. Check out. Tall white lady really rude. Lost my debit card and driver license . I was panicking . The graveyard young man. Had it great job. No driver license. I explained to talk white haired lady . I had to order on online. She looked upset and said I had ten minutes which was perfect . Then she whispered to another dark haired lady . Criticizing the last employee totally unprofessional in front of the guests. Stating that he was simple minded and that he knew better . I did front desk manager for years and that's just self explanatory. To assume what he knows and don't . It was something really minor printing giving out receipts . Which would just be a training with the employee and explain and ask why he did it that way . Then the talk white haired lady exited the room. And the middle aged girl stayed are you fine . I explained . I was passing through from a 12, hour trip so I decided to rest n see the eye doctor . Turned out I had a death in the family so I decided to stay another week. After paying top rates all week. And she shouted no I can'not accept.paper id . No . I started well since it's been seen by other check ins . I think that shows I'm telling the truth . So unprofessional no I need that one not paper. You need to check out you got 1 hr . I stayed well we are also experiences car problems and they taking my car to mechanic any minute . No check out check out. I said wow after all the business I gave . And I didn't get my room cleaned once when I asked to mop and make bed. I changed my own bedding. I moped my own floor cause they was baby red ants . I got bit in my face.

Facility has gone downhill Had very rude young man in black hoodie with pants half way down his backside in my face right after checkout time at room. Had arranged to leave by 12pm 1 hour extra upon checkin, told housekeeping when they started knocking at my door at 11am..10-15 minutes after 11am had him beating down door as I was taking stuff to truck very rude, started out by loudly in my face instead of respectfully asking if I had arranged to have extra time. Kept on even after I told him I had arranged ahead of time.

I didn't like that there was dog pee under the sleeper when I checked in. But I didn't complain. I also didn't like that their laundry facility was down and I wasn't able to do laundry. And I didn't like that I couldn't bring my breakfast to my room so I didn't eat breakfast during my whole stay because I am experiencing a lot of pain and waiting for a surgery and it makes it hard to be around a lot of people when you're in a lot of pain. And I didn't like paying $15 a day fee when I have a tiny chihuahua that's all of 4 lb. Who is an emotional support dog registered. And I stated that at the time of check in. Plus I didn't like the fact that they asked for a $50 deposit and they don't take cash. And having been a certified Hotel administrator for choice in the past I didn't feel as though the general manager was empathetic.. Sometimes you have to make exceptions and work with people. And when I asked her to adjust the pet fee I think she could have done better. And I don't think that they realize the ducts I have black mold toxicity in them and black mold will kill you..

I liked the location and the overall room I was in Except as far as the bed goes I think it's way too high for a handicap room and should be changed. I liked that it had a refrigerator and microwave but I think it needs a plug on the lamp where you can plug your phone in closer.
