Bed too tall.. had to jump to get in it! Television didn’t work. No signal! That sucked!

The room wasn't clean. The floors were gross and there were ants EVERYWHERE!! Pool had a broken bottle by the seats for the entire 3 days we were there, no one cleaned it up at all.

The beds weren't put together well and shook when just sitting on the bed. The linens were dirty or stained.

Main thing I didn't like at all was after paying for the room I was charged seperatlybto pary at the hotel ... ridiculous , especially as ut is on the Bayside of Coastal Highway in a residential comunity were street oarking is by permit only. I would not say my room was dirty , but there was a lot of leftover sand on the floor . Could have done a better job getting that up. .

Pool was nice , Room was attractive , and beds were comfortable. Room was cheap.

The first impression was a total turnoff as there were at least 6 cops in the back parking lot as soon as I arrived. Was told by another person staying that someone had overdosed. When I spoke to the woman at the front desk, she didn’t seem bothered by it.

Conveniently located close to a bus stop for easy traveling & within walking distance to several restaurants to eat breakfast & lunch. Activities such as mini golf & shopping are close also. The king bed was comfortable & had plenty of pillows.

The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. The tv glitched and couldn’t watch anything the first night. The second night it worked. My daughter had a pair of my nice sunglasses by the edge of the pool. I looked away when one of the cleaning staff were picking up trash and then they were gone. No one else was around. I went to receptionist and said I believe they were accidentally picked up and she said she asked everyone and no one took them. Needless to say, there’s no safe in the room so I’m happy I put the do not disturb sign on the door when we weren’t there. Thieves.

The bed and main room seemed recently updated.

The room was a bit small , there was no ice machine and it didn't have vendor machines. These things would have been helpful

The staff is very friendly and accommodating to anything you ask them for. The pool was kept up on cleaning pretty much every day of our 5 day stay. Right across the Coastal Highway from the beach and an awesome boardwalk bar, Riptidez. 7/11 also right next door. Two downsides, no ice machine on the property and the "balcony rooms" share a door with the rooms on the opposite side and you can hear and smell EVERYTHING. Other than that it's a great, cheap spot to drop your stuff, lay your head, and hit OCMD all day!

The entire hallway echoed whenever there was someone talking loudly in the middle of the night. The property was a no smoking property but bathroom smelled a lot like someone had been smoking in the room next to us. Lastly, the room smelled kind of damp and mildewy right when we walked in, as if there was no circulation.

The proximity to the main part of OC and walkability from the property to the multiple restaurants in the area as well as beach access.

The floors were wet and sticky from the humidity. The floors were hardwood and clearly hadn't been cleaned great. Everything in the hotel room was wet.

The room was nicely decorated, the AC worked great, and the staff was friendly. The location was great, very cheap ubers to the bar in the evening.

There was Nats and flies in the bathroom.Very little water pressure,the sink in the bathroom smells horrible.The light in the room was very dim.And The first night there we had no TV it didn't work Yes the guy came and tried to fix it but couldn't get it fixed.That was very unfair to us however.
