The lobby is a tad small, so if you have to wait it would be a little inconvenient. The bed seemed very old and wasn't the easiest, so if you have back problems that might be a big concern. Also, the bathroom looked like it had several repairs in the past that didn't have great clean up.

The staff is so friendly! They are also professional and helpful. There was a good amount of space in the suite. No problems with the bathroom functionality; nice hot shower. Even though my room was very near the elevator, it wasn't noisy at all as it sometimes can be in other hotels.

No balcony and the pool was located at another hotel a block or two away. We also had to get our keys remade every day after we left in the morning and got back. The elevator is extremely slow too. Almost all of our lights and outlets didn't work.

Let's make this simple. The hotel is clean, staff was cordial. Room rate was $104 including taxes ! Now with that said if you are looking for a 5 star hotel , its not for You ! If you want a clean hotel, it's a little dated. But the location is in walking distance to everything in the area including a beautiful beach at a great rate ! Then this your hotel ! Be Blessed !

The rooms were really big. The front desk person was not very personable. The first room we had the bathroom was flooded- ceiling was leaking (maybe AC condensation?). They changed our room for us.

There could be a bit of a wait for the lift as there was only one. When I arrived (a Saturday around 5pm) there was nobody at reception and it wasn’t clear why/how long for. Luckily I didn’t wait that long.

Very comfortable bed. Efficient air con. Super spacious (I’ve lived in smaller places!). Appreciated the free coffee. Good location. Was able to store my luggage after check out.

Cleanliness could be upgraded. Freezer area of refrigerator has lots of moldy looking debris. Long dark hairs in bathtub area. Old bed linens. Although, we loved location and lots of room.

This is an older hotel, maybe has been hit by storms in the past. We took that into consideration because it made it a good value. It could use an upgrade, especially the hallway carpets, but then we would have to pay more, so I am not sure it would be worth the trade off.

We loved the view of the ocean from our rooms on the 5th floor, and that it was a suite. The price could not be beat. The bed was comfy. There was no smell of mildew or mold, or any "cover up" odor of a spray. We like that there is no smoking. The location close to the beach and Cocoa Beach is perfect, it is near everything we could need. Fee parking and dogs for free also a big plus.

The room was very nice with the exception of the carpet. It was horribly stained and sticky in numerous places. Couldn’t take more than 2 steps without sticking. If deep cleaning doesn’t remove the stickiness from the carpet, it needs to be replaced. Other than the carpet, everything was very good.

The shuttle company was very unprofessional. We had to wait 3 hours for the shuttle to pick us up from the airport. They never apologized or anything. They said it was our fault. Never use that shuttle company to get to the hotel.

Little outdated but everything was clean

Room was big and clean. Location was good. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants. Desk clerk held our bags after checking out when we went to eat. Was able to check in early. Housekeeping helped getting extra towels. Staff was friendly.
