I love the staff in the restaurant steakhouse from Ray to Emmy to Barb. Everyone was friendly and personable. The casino staff was prompt and friendly as well and help with directions and small requests at check in

United States of AmericaThis hotel is part of a casino resort. Not many gamblers who stay over night get up really early so for us early birds , breakfast is a little lacking. There are things to eat, just not fancy or early. Full breakfast after 8 am is quite expensive. Next time I will bring breakfast stuff to have in the room. The hotel , especially week days, is a good value overall.

CanadaWe were on on the older side for our room and the hall ways were freezing 🥶 Our room as well but heated quickly once we cranked the heat, could here the rooms next door to us and at times a bit loud, it's more dated but all in all the room was very clean and spacious, just would prefer the SPA side. Would like more of the casino smoke-free. It gets hard to breathe, as a non-smoker and have asthma it's a lot harder to stay and gamble.
Loved the Red Tail Bar Grill Restaurant, excellent staff members, e very single one of the staff was extremely amazing at their job and wonderful conversation, the food is fantastic, we ate a few times and each meal was perfectly and well seasoned, bartender makes a wicked Ceasar Drink.. Played hours at the craps electronic game, love that game..

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the fact of feeling like I wasted so much money in the casino with nothin in return. I lost more then winning. I also got a new players club card since I lost my previous one, & I had play cash on my card since I went there for the King of the cage fights. Well I put my card In a machine to play & there wasn’t any instructions on how to use it even though it told me how much was available, so I went to try a different machine & then my entire Play cash Balance was completely gone. & the only other thing was I wish there were discounts for staying for acouple days at a time.
I liked the separate smoking & non smoking casino areas. I Enjoyed the room as well, just wish I would of been able to get a king suite instead of a double Queen. But all in all, I like the entire place! Definitely will be coming back here soon.
