The shuttle service didn't work. When I booked the room I asked for the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, when I arrived to the airport, nobody came to pick me up. It is the second time that it happen to me. So, you should improve this service.

Contrary to the information on Booking, the outdoor pool was still closed. Even some of the hotel staff thought it was open. So it was very disappointing to not be able to use it with great weather, and the pool had been one of the reasons to book this hotel. On our last day, there was no breakfast because somebody had used pepper spray. The hotel gave us a partial refund.

Nice big and very clean room. Decent breakfast, okay gym, and we had no noise from the streets, which was very nice.

We wanted to go to the airport at 6 a.m. Shuttle did not start until 7 a.m. and we had to pay a cab which was an additional expense.

It was ok. The place is not too bad. We have been there before too.

The listing did say 'mountain view' which is a bit of an exaggeration. The shower in the bathroom was quite antiquated.

It is a short walk from the airport, and a really good price for the convenience. It is not glamorous, but for a night it is comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning is nice and made for you with a smile. The staff were very helpful as I arrived late at night, and then they cheerfully arranged to drive me to the car rental place without any fuss.

It's a motel style place, so it looks pretty rough from the outside. Staff were not particularly friendly. I wanted to come in in the morning before we left just to get a plastic knife but the lobby was locked with no way in for coffee, etc.

It was a cheap and convenient location to the airport for a 6am flight. The room itself was actually fine - clean and comfortable.

The beds and pillows were absolutely awful and that’s my number one priority in any hotel. We pay for sleep and didn’t get any. It was very noisy outside facing a 24/7 Waffle House with police presence multiple times in one night, which I know Ramada can’t control but they could maybe provide earplugs. It was also a RIDICULOUS $225 for one night.

It’s not the worst Ramada in which I’ve stayed. The girl who checked us in was friendly as was the young man who checked me out. It’s in walking distance of several places to eat. That’s the best I can say about this place.

Not sure if a unit was being remodeled in the middle of the night or a patron was just throwing furniture in an adjacent room. Loud noises awakened us before 3 am, would stop and then start again. Spoke to Alex at the front desk by phone around 4:30am and he said he would check on it. Noise continued off and on. My husband called the front desk at 5am after he heard noise and looked out the door to see a person (apparently extremely inebriated)was lying outside our room. The front desk call went to voicemail and he left a message about what he saw. When we asked the (different) front desk attendant about what was going on with all the noise and the person outside later that morning she didn’t have any information about the incident. Not a restful night!

Breakfast buffet was not available at the reported time, so we ate breakfast at the Village Inn Restaurant next door and it was very good.

We were on the third floor. Only one elevator parking was very tight and limited. It was a struggle getting all her things to the room having to park at the other end of the parking lot. 

It looks like the rooms had recently been redone. Front desk ladies were very helpful and friendly and it was 1130 at night.

Grounds were not clean. Stains and debris on stairways. I could not check in for nearly two hours because the computer software to process my room-damage deposit malfunctioned. The staff called the software managers whose phone advice did not facilitate correcting the problem. Finally, staff allowed me to check into my room without the security deposit procedure. It was a very very hot afternoon, and I had an early morning flight to Europe the next day.

There was a strange lady knocking on our door at 3 am asking if a vehicle was ours. There were some sketchy characters hanging around the rooms.
