No 24-hr service. We had a drunk and disruptive group of people next door who woke us up from 2-3am. We called the number provided but no responses. Tiny pool.

The thermal pool and spa were nice to be in but very shabby with broken concrete around the edges and the area in of painting. Some maintenance would turn this into a 10 out of 10.

Great location in Calistoga with a nice balcony to relax and enjoy the view with a glass of wine. Nice helpful staff. Good car parking. Easy walk into downtown shops and restaurants.

The room I was given was immediately next to the maintenance room and I was not warned about it. Noise started early a.m and throughout most of the day. Lots of talking, laughing, shuffling and 'moving thinga around' noises...through no fault of the crew as that is their station to work out of. I just think guests should be warned about the consistent noise if they are put in that room. There was some dark mold along the wall behind the shampoo and body wash holder in the shower.

Perfect location, right outside of town with close access to everything. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Nice sized room and the set-up was aesthetically pleasing. Cuuuuute wallpaper.

The bed was absolutely uncomfortable. For being a king, the center of the bed had a ridge . One side was flat the other could roll you out of the bed.

Too much chlorine in the mineral pool and hot tub. (Even after rinsing our bathing suits, they still smelled of chlorine when we unpacked. The hot tub on our last night wasn’t heated.

Liked the room and being close to the pool. Refrigerator was great and being able to re-heat food in their lobby was good too. The Starbucks machine in the lobby was an added bonus. We appreciated our housekeepers who were very kind and kept our room nice and tidy.

The steam room had a funky smell and we wished the mineral pool was warmer.

The staff was nice and helpful. Our room was very spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed. The location was great -- we enjoyed the quietness and calming surroundings. We enjoyed the short walk to the main street and cycling around the vineyards with the bikes provided by the hotel. The mineral pool was a delight to be in.

Hot tub tiling needs maintenance due to missing tiles, seems like an easy fix. Pool and tub were crowded during holidays with families. Ironically, shower water wasn’t very hot in room!

Great value, modern, clean, pool/hot tub with hot springs, steam room. We will return. Comfortable room and beds.

The coffee machine in the room didn't work, but there is coffee at the reception.

The pool is pretty nice. It is heated by the power of satan himself - very enjoyable :)

Pillow quality was poor. I had to clean shower head to function properly. The provided toiletries were low quality.
