We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The bed sagged badly in the middle. You really need to replace the beds! We won't return until you do.
Good breakfast -- appreciated eggs and sausage for protein, one not-too-sugary cereal (Cheerios), and yogurt. But would have appreciated instant oatmeal, bananas.

Shades didn’t go far enough for that black out affect. AC rattled every 3rd cycle, used ear plugs we had. Didn’t bring it to the front desk because it was to late.
Staff was great, food was good, quiet location!

when we checked in the neighboring room at 10:30 at night had a customer playing loud volume on a tv or game. our room shared a door with that room. we were upgraded from a queen to a king suite which was a very nice room

One tiny thing: coffeemate instead half and half.
Room was sparkling clean. Nice to have a small table with 2 chairs. BIG screen TV. Comfy bed and a variety of pillows, soft and firm. BIG towels. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy and the usual other carbs.

As I said, we enjoyed our stay. The only thing I would have liked is some oatmeal at breakfast, but that is a minor request as there were plenty of other options at breakfast.
Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We couldn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Good location, no traffic noise. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Our room had a very strong bleach and chemical smell when we first checked in. We turned the fan on while we ran errands and it was much better when we returned. The breakfast was disappointing. We got there about 40 minutes before it was supposed to be over and there was hardly anything left and they weren’t restocking items. If I were to stay here again, I’d try and gee there earlier.
It was cozy and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfy!!

It would of been nice to have larger bathrooms or the sick out the outside of the shower and toilet.. our room key would not let us into the swimming pool Area. It would be nice to have a little bit bigger parking spots. And the pool hours to be longer

We had someone knock on our door 2x in the middle of the night and someone try to get in my guess is it was another guests who maybe drank a little too much he seemed upset it was kinda freaky but moved on quickly. And then all the fire alarms went off at 2 am and scared everyone again I think another guest was cooking in the room from what the front desk said and set them off was just a little scary for the kiddos to be woke up to that. But at least they work. The hotel was great just these things that happened made us mark it down a little.
The staff was all super nice and the breakfast was great! The kiddos loved the pool it's located in a very convenient spot to get to where you need to be.

Beds were not as comfortable as other places I have stayed. Pool was cold.

The air conditioner did not work very well. The hotel was fully booked so we did not ask for another room but the temperature was very warm.
Breakfast was served take out style; dining room not open yet. Hot food was hot; no complaints at all. Location was wonderful. Room was very clean. All personnel, front desk and housekeeping, were VERY friendly.!!

We were literally there only overnight for a wedding so we didn't get to try the pool or things like that. Our sleep was good.
The girl who checked us in was just plain funny and a great face to see after a long drive. The beds were very comfortable.
