It was walking distance from the restaurants and there was a microwave in the room. I also liked the sliding doors that separated the room from the bathroom

The room we stayed is very outdated. The bathtub is a death trap, very slippery but renovations are being made, aparently.. . But it was very clean, fresh linnens...

The entire property is secure, with guards all around. It's clean, beautifully landscaped, and even has a restaurant and convenience store. The staff were super nice and accommodating. Easy to get to all the parks from this location.

The pool wasn't open for buildings 1 or 2. Had to walk all the way around the front of building to get to the other pool.

Breakfast buffet was good. A little pricey. Great location to walt disney and universal.

I didn’t like the price, no blankets on the bed, and the pillows are very flat.

The property is located in the middle of the attractions and local stores. It’s very convenient.

Breakfast was not included, the cleaning lady only changed towels, she didn’t vacuum the room, shuttle schedules for the park do jot meet guest needs

Probably needed some tlc and updating, especially the bathroom. TV was old and had lines through the screen, but still didn't put us off.

Very close to Disney ,with plenty of fast food restraunts and store's in the area. Rooms and beds were very spacious, great for a good nights sleep after the parks all day. Staff were very friendly.

The noise from the I-4 (our room was „pool-side“ which meant a direct view onto the interstate.) The walls are pretty thin so conversations outside the door or in the adjacent rooms are very audible.

Dark corner in building 4 on 5th floor. I was coming and going at different times and that dark corner was scary. Need more lighting.

The timetable for the park shuttle means you don't arrive until an hour after the parks open and the queues have formed. Much better to have a car or UBER/LIFT

The room is well equipped with a small fridge, microwave, and coffee machine. (Would suggest you pack a travel kettle if your preference is tea). Ice machines and laundry facilities on alternate floors. Comfortable beds, plenty of storage. 15-30 minute drive to Disney and Universal parks. Free parking at the hotel. Plenty of restaurant choices and bars within a five minute walk

This time, however, they were remodeling, and it was inconvenient for room placement, and the pool closest to us was closed. Therefore, we never swam.

We've stayed there before and have never had a bad visit.

Room was a TINY bit dingy. Could be a little brighter, but I'm truly splitting hairs

JUST off Disney property, so much better value, still family friendly and very close to Disney Springs and the parks. Loved that the Lynx bus was only a few steps away. Easy access to Disney Springs to continue on to the free Disney buses. Only one change to get to and from the Orlando Airport by bus, also.

They only had 1 pool open.

The location was great. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Restaurants on premises were decent.
