Our sheets had obviously not been washed. There were old socks in our sheets from the previous person. Also alot of stains on our sheets. Also was not told ahead but had to pay $150 safety deposit before we could enter our room that will take up to 10 business days to be put back on our card.

Breakfast was good and the server was super nice and helpful. Front desk at night was helpful as well.

I didn’t like the fee upfront for damages. I don’t like that the elevator didn’t light up. We used the stairs. The snacks are high!! There was mold and a spider in the bathroom!!! Rust around the drain in the tub. People slamming doors at 4 am!!! No manager on duty!!! Poor location choice.

the vending machines were hit and miss always and front desk could not make change to use the couple of machines that were working .... due to extreme cold we asked for extra blankets but couldn't get any so again staff came to the rescue with some large tablecloths .... management needs to take a look at themselves at this hotel ... the crew on the ground are trying their best to please guests but from the outside it looks like management ties their hands ! again it was online as being close to the Atlanta Mart for business .... it certainly was not close !!

The front desk staff were new , but extremely helpful and cooperative... arriving early we wanted to just drop bags and check in later but was told management did not allow that .... Very strange ( first hotel anywhere in the world that ive ever had that ) But the young lady on desk went out of her way to get us settled early . despite managment strange rules , the desk staff were super good .

The light didnt work its mold on the sides of the tub and the ceiling the tub was dirty the sink was dirty and it stink real bad and the heater did not work it blew out cold air

That elevators didn’t really work, like if two people were in there and going to two different floors it would go to the top floor before the floor that came 1st. It was like being stuck in there.

although clean, is showing its age; only 1 elevator worked, the breakfast was honestly one of the worst I’ve had. No coffee and the in house coffee maker had 4 packets of Parmesan cheese instead of creamer.

They literally checked us into a room that hadn’t been cleaned and there was mold in the room, some other persons hair all in the bed. Disgusting. Will not stay here again.

There were MANY things I didn’t like about the property. The hotel is very outdated. There were painting drippings all over the bathroom floor, the tub wasn’t cleaned, and no phone inside my room. The walls had cracks and chipped paint.

I liked that the bed was soft and comfortable to sleep in.

No greeting during stay or after check out also the house keeper tried to agitate me by coming to the door on my last day of check out at 8:12am in the morning by first opening the door and yelling house keeping and on day before asked every every door around do they need house keeping and excluded me.
