Location is great as there's food, groceries, restaurants and gas stations all within a couple miles. Rooms are clean with microwave and fridge, washer and dryer available on site as well. Staff is always courteous and they still have a decent breakfast in the morning to start the day off!!

In middle of the night in parking lot there was a vehicle with loud music and not sure what kind of activity was going on, not sure if staying at hotel. Night guy did approach the vehicles and activity ended. Can't really say this was bad as staff was helpful to put an end to it.

Location for us personally is near family to visit, plenty of grocery stores and restaurants in either direction. Easy access to I-290 to reach Niagara or I-90. A decent breakfast provided with stay in lobby. Staff was excellent.

Room had a musty smell, mold on the bathroom tile. The bathroom fan and air conditioning were both very noisy.

Location is convenient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable.

We had very noisy neighbours around 2 am and the staff were great to knock on their door but the noise did end up continuing on and we didn’t sleep very much because of so.

The staff were incredibly friendly and upgraded us to two beds at no charge! The pool was very warm and breakfast options were fairly decent.

The gym was not open till 9am. Wish it was open earlier

The location was great and the front desk people were amazing. The bed was super comfortable and nice water pressure in the shower.

1. At the time of my making the reservation for 2 rooms (one for me/hubby, one for daughter/hubby) I made the reservation in my name with my daughter's name for the other room. She arrived first and checked in. I arrived and they had no record of my reservation at all. When I mentioned that my daughter had just checked in the staff said "yes we have a reservation for two rooms in her name". Somehow along the way they changed the name on the entire reservation but retained my credit card information for billing. 2. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was horrible. I had to throw it out after trying it with a few sips. Thankfully there was a Tim Hortons nearby that we were able to stop at prior to heading to UB for graduation. 3. We were assigned Room 227. The safety lock above the door knob was broken. The lock bar swung back and forth freely, but the part attached to the door had been broken off. Thankfully there was a deadbolt attached to the doorknob. But I do prefer to use both.

We were on the 2nd floor , our room faced parking lot and university but also above the free breakfast space. So we got that smell. I'm not sure if I'm overly sensitive to the smell. Ddnt smell in room only when in the hall and elevator..

The location was great, across from UB. Plenty of amenities, shopping, restaurants and access to routes to surrounding cities. The Staff very friendly and efficient helpful. Loved the shower. I would recommend placing a couple of makeup remover towelettes in bathroom, I have come to enjoy having the use of them in other hotels I recently stayed. Bottom line. I would definitely rebook here again and have already recommended it to other family members.

Breakfast was so terrible. The mixture for the waffle tasted expired. We made waffles and could not eat it. The breakfast was very limited of choice even though we went early.

The service was very good. Staff were friendly. I wanted to change my room and they accommodated with no problems. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean.

Not a deal breaker but I mentioned to the young lady up front that our toilet leaked both from the was seal and the water closet. I am not sure the sent the information on. The other was every night and day there were people sitting in the parking lot on folding chairs just talking and smoking. Every time we left and came back to our rooms they were there. and different groups. We did not know if they were guest or homeless people. They did not bother us but it was weird.

Staff was friendly. The men who were cleaning were excellent Kind and gave us anything we needed. The hostess in the breakfast was kind as well and took the time to talk with us. I spoke with the manager and she was very kind as well
