This hotel is close to the Bryan East hospital and the staff was so easy to work with at extending my reservation each day until my family member could go home.

I had a handicap room. I wish it hadn't been so far from the front door. Also, the bath sink faucet was very stiff to turn on and the water Flow was very small. Probably need a new faucet.

Both times I stayed at this facility I did not take part in the breakfast. I had to leave for appointments that included breakfasts.

Stayed here in May and commented about the parking lot lighting. In May four of eight parking lot lights were functional. Same lights we’re not functional on this stay. Won’t be back!!

The beds were very hard and the beds were made so tightly it was hard to get in an out. The pull out sofa was also hard and lumpy even for a child. The locks on the doors on our room as well as the others surrounding us were so loud. It felt like we were listening to doors open and slam shut all night long.

The breakfast bar was adequate., It was clean and tidy and easily accessible. The hotel was clean and easy to get around in. The bathroom and room were spacious .

I asked to change rooms the first night as the bathroom door looked like someone had kicked a big dent in it and it was not repaired before we came. The second room was in better condition.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Did not always use the breakfast provided but it was the usual food given at many hotels for no extra charge. Coffee was very good though.

Pool was closed for repairs. There was only one trash can in whole room. Bathroom definitely needs its own!

I was upset because I booked the room to be able to go swimming and the pool was closed the night and day we were there. I feel like that should be posted to the booking websites so people aren't choosing a more expensive hotel for the fact that they have an indoor pool but then when they arrive they find out they can't use the pool

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast! I loved the fact that there is a 24 hour business center that is open to guests to use and there is a printer for guests to print any needed documents.

The pool was closed for maintenance. From reading some other reviews, it seems like this might be a long-term thing. The lady serving breakfast was incredibly grouchy, and not just on one day. Breakfast was advertised as being served until 9:30, but by 9:00 most of the food was gone, and she was refusing to refill anything. On our last day there, she and another guest got into a fight and she either got fired or stormed out voluntarily.

The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were near the elevator, but didn't have any trouble with noise. The breakfast food was better than the typical continental breakfast, and there was lots of variety. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I really liked staying here.

The pool was closed and there is no hot tub. Very disappointing. Also, last Comfort Inn I stayed at had Netflix, this one did not. And, no coffee or water available 24 hours.

Breakfast was good although it was 3 straight days of scrambled eggs and sausage. No variety of the hot foods.

The toilet was loose on the floor and rocked when you sat. Some cracking drywall in the bathroom.
