The hotel rooms which are not in the original Colonial Inn. They are grey, drab and poorly maintained.

The location of the historic Inn is superb. The evening staff member was professional and understood the reason behind my disappointment in the hotel room which was assigned to me, which was nothing like my previous stay or from the information when I made the reservation.

Everything but the parking was great. Should have spots for Inn guests reserved so outside dinner guests have to drive all over town to park. Not Inn guests.

Room was very clean with the exception of a blob of something sticky on the top of the desk that had been overlooked.

Room was cozy and comfortable, tastefully furnished in colonial style. Bathroom was tiny but in very good condition. Overall, a very good value considering the location, and I would stay there again.

I have enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful. If I had a problem, they fixed it . I love the ambience of the past. From the pictures on the wall, the furniture to the old creaky hallways .

The tiny bathrooms proved to be challenging for my husband and I both being on the bigger size of things. It can be a bit confusing to navigate through the hotel because you feel like you're going into employee only areas and your actually not. The restaurant in the hotel has delicious food but it can be pricey.

The location is fantastic for visiting Concord,Ma and the surrounding area. Having parking right behind the hotel is very convenient. The restaurant in the hotel has great food but is a little pricey. The walkability from the hotel to the rest of Concord is outstanding.

The only two things I didn't like was that there wasn't any regular housekeeping for the rooms - it was upon request only - and even though they give you a wifi password, the internet didn't work very well in our room. We had to go to the front of the inn or outside to get a good connection. But those were really minor issues - I would stay there again in a minute.

Concord's Colonial Inn is an exceptional historic inn with a massive amount of history and legend in the beautiful, idyllic setting of Concord, MA. I love the history and beauty of the area and of the inn. Everyone was friendly, kind and welcoming.

The history and location of the inn are perfect. The room had everything we needed and was less expensive than the chain hotels at the mall. We ate in the tavern twice and loved it. Great food.

I would have liked a small refrigerator in the room.

The accommodations were very comfortable. The bed was great. The staff was extremely helpful.

- Our room was at the back of the building and every morning at 7:30 am delivery trucks showed up and all the noise would wake us up. Also, the heat was running in the building the whole time with no way to adjust it in our room, so we had to run the A/C unit which was very loud and hard to sleep through.

- Great location, decent price, interesting history and atmosphere, just wish we could have seen a ghost.

Somewhat constrained by the complex ways to get in and out and esp. stairs to the parking lot. Also confusing to find front desk, though you did your best to mark everything with arrows and signs.

Slightly dated interior of the newer rooms and corridors. Unhelpful night porter ,grumpy and not good at communicating with guests. Poor facilities for food and drink after 9pm.

Location in Concord was perfect for our first 4 days in New England. Beautiful little main street with restaurants and cafes and a few nice shops.

The beds were not as comfortable as I'd expect at this price point. The pricing is very haphazard. We paid LESS for a king room our second night than we did for the queen the first night. Both were midweek days. The difference was who we booked through. The king room was wonderful. The Queen room left a lot too be desired.

The location is great. The bar in the back of the hotel was wonderful. Clam chowder was great. Good beer on draft. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
