You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed very firm. Could hear couple next door fighting. Breakfast options very limited, no protein options at all.
Staff is incredibly kind and quick with any requests. Location is awesome!

Beds wasn’t the most comfortable and little pillows. The air conditioner made a slight noise but kept in on low. Had to take it off auto to keep the room clean. Off shift employees were not as nice but ok. Didn’t keep up with breakfast items and trash overflowing. Someone spilled something sticky on the floor near breakfast counter and someone almost fell.
The property was clean and staff greeted us and friendly. Great location close to shopping and food. Just off the main drag which was very quiet. Rooms were clean and fairly nice. Breakfast was lite but decent

Did not receive the wake-up call. Had an 8AM job interview. I woke up to the sound of geese "honking". I checked my watch, and it was 6:50AM. Wake-up call was for 6AM. My husband had to race to get ready for the interview. By rushing, he was able to arrive on time. If there is a next time, we will bring our own alarm clock. ALSO, the room was supposed to be handicap accessible. Fresh paint was on some the of the walls. I saw the hole in the wall next to the tub. The holes had been spackled. BUT the grab bars were not reinstalled. Tub has a high step over. Very difficult to lift a broken leg over the tub.
Bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Nice thick towels. Good lighting in the bathroom.

There were strange stains all over the walls. The bathroom and room walls had spots. I don’t see why they couldn’t be cleaned or painted over. Breakfast wasn’t all that great either. There were no eggs or sausages. They only provided you with bagels, cereal, and waffles.
The location is great. It’s near many restaurants, a Walmart, and other shopping centers. It’s easy to get to the high way and go to other points of interests.

The bed was a little hard. Unfortunately, the police were called for a disturbance, but the staff were so professional during the whole ordeal.

Could not get phone to work for outside calls. No effort made to make it possible to make calls from room. They offered phone from desk. Was told to press 7 then 9 then 7 and 9. Change of shift was told to hit star and something else then she said no that was the hotel that she worked for before. Also had attitude. Situation seemed unacceptable. Do not know if it was a new system. From t desk clerk 2 proceeded to make a attempted call from extra phone at desk and said just call out it works on this one. Later used that phone and it was not like the one in room. Wish it said how to use phone labeled on phone. Wish someone had vome to room and make sure how to get an outside line.

The room we stayed in you could hear everyone talking in the hallway. There were alot of early morning work around/at the facility which interrupted our rest. I got a bed bug bite on my neck.

There was very few breakfast options. Cereal and waffles were pretty much it.
It was a convenient location for where we needed to be. It is not fancy but fine for a cheap quick stay.

I would have liked healthier options for breakfast but it wasn't a big deal.
The staff was so kind and helpful. I had accidently booked for the wrong date through Booking.com and the staff was super friendly and helped me fix a new booking. Very kind!

Breakfast was poor - ran out of waffle batter, coffee like brown water, no other hot food.
Housekeeping was very good. Room amenities were more than expected. Price was better than other choices.
