Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Was there for 3 nights stay was all good with the exception of one night the police were summoned to room close to us for a domestic dispute that was loud at times as the female was locked out of room and eventually both were made to leave baring that isolated incident our only other complaints would be the shortage of parking and no refrigerator in room
Location for Mets game can not be beat within a couple mins walk! There are plenty of places you can walk to for dining and snacks for room

A little outdated as far as furniture and TV. Parking a very limited and congested.

You could hear the subway trains running. This did not prevent sleep, but hotel s right across the street from the 111th street station. Surrounding area stores/ shops all closed b/w 9-10.
Close to subway line and Citi Field. Room was clean,lobby functional. If traveling solo, this hotel can be an alternative to the more expensive hotels in Manhattan.

There was no coffee machine, no breakfast (it was advertised as a daily offering), and no bottled water in the room.
We were there specifically for the Billie Jean King Tennis Center events. The location was walking distance from the hotel. The neighborhood was okay, but the train overhead made walking and talking a bit challenging. There were plenty of restaurants and grocers.

A vending machine with some sort of snacks would have been greatly appreciated when hungry late at nightafter all nearby restaurants were closed.
Perfectly adequate lodgings but absolutely no food of any kind available, only beverages. Location was great for going to a Mets game at Citi Field. Bed was very comfortable.

was not sure about the area. The parking garage was a little scary to go down in there. I scrape a little bit of my car but I know that they’re not responsible for it so it’s OK. It’s just very tight.

Not a lot of food options nearby bar fast food to grab something to eat but could always order in if necessary. TV channels were all in Spanish.
Staff were very nice. Nice stay close to La Guardia Airport for an early morning flight. Close to the metro station.

I had no complaints.
I needed a hotel for 1 night before an international flight. The UN was in session so all the hotels were triple the normal prices. I had booked another hotel, but they canceled the day before leaving me with very few options. I took a chance and booked the Corona Hotel because it was near the subway connection and I was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean and comfortable, close to the airport, close to the 7 train, and had everything I needed for a very reasonable price. I stayed here again on the way back from the trip and would recommend it for anyone needing a more affordable place close to LGA.

bed very hard, noisy neighbors…had to tell a family with a crying baby to do something about it..very rough towels..my face cloth was like using sandpaper
i stayed there due to the proximity to the US OPEN. it was a nice short walk. the granite counter tops in the bathroom and bedroom were nice.

Bed didn’t have a top sheet. I wonder if that was just a one-off mistake or the norm.
Great location. There was a goodie bag waiting for us in the room: two bottles of water and a few snacks. I thought that was a nice touch. they even supplied disposable toothbrush and single-serve package of toothpaste.
