I would suggest to the property manager to increase the frequency of routine appliance/TV checks. Refrigerator freezer compartment was frosted over. Some of the TV channels were not available as they were during past stays.

The room was on the second level and there was no elevator--and my knees were hurting after a long day's travel. Unfortunately, there were no ground level rooms available. The heater worked hard and, as heaters do, came on multiple times in the night, waking me. The reading lights over the bed were both highly decorative, but did not yield enough light to actually read a book.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the shower very nice. I liked the eclectic, semi-industrial vibe of the decorations. The hotel is located right downtown in Corvallis, close to shops and restaurants.

A bit noisy. Close to train tracks, busy street, and sound carries from adjacent and overhead rooms. First night I got a good night's sleep, second night noise kept me from getting some of the sleep I needed/wanted.

Great location, comfy bed, and nice shower. Cooling/heating unit was surprisingly efficient.

We should really start looking and seeing about if there are elevators or not, because hauling luggage up stairs in the rain is no fun. While not the property fault, having a 2 tier staircase is no fun when the kid packs so much and that's a lot of up and down for this old guy. LOL The room felt a little like a converted dorm room but still was a cool spot to stay despite those damn stairs.

Chill place, the rooms were actually pretty big and cute quirky place. They said that they have movies that play outside during the warmer seasons, which was pretty rad sounding, easy in and out for the parking lot and the staff was cool in their little trailer.

Heat/AC unit never worked very well. The noise from the parking lot and the maids cart felt like they were only a few feet away from our room.

Bed and pillows were the best I’ve slept on in over 10 years! Nice update to what was probably a pretty old motel.

Price is high, the parking is a headache, and hard to keep rooms warm when the weather is cold.

It's central located in Downtown Corvallis, and everything was in easy walking or driving distance.

Bare bones. The heater made a loud noise but they switched us to another room, which was missing a chair, Kleenex. No big deal, but for the price, we should have had those things.

There's no desk in the rooms, so I had a hard time figuring out a good way to use my laptop. I wound up using the bed mini-table (not sure of the exact term) but it was kind of awkward, plus the mattress kept sliding.

The room was clean and quiet. The hotel is convenient to everything in downtown Corvallis. The free breakfast and snack bar was nice, albeit somewhat limited. (Instant oatmeal, fruit, breakfast bars, etc.)

The hot water took forever and when it finally came on it wasn't very hot. I brought my own tea kettle and pan to cook with and it wasn't compatible with your stove
