The hallways always smelt like weed. The towels and sheets were stained. The toilet looked gross. Light fixtures were sideways. The TV was blurry on every channel. Pillows were lumpy. Hot tub didn't work. The fridge in the room didn't work. Bolt on door was broken. If I didn't get a good price from scheduling early and the fact that everywhere around was already full, we would not have stayed. We basically just slept there and spent the rest of our time out because the place smelt of weed so bad. Breakfast was also supposed to be included. When we went down the 1st morning, there were 2 different drinks available and no food in sight, and no employee to ask about the breakfast situation. When checking out, I took the keys to the lobby, and the employee looked disheveled and had a hoodie on with the hood up. She just stared at me awkwardly, and I asked if I just needed to put the keys on the counter, and she just pointed to the counter. So odd!!

Check-in was quick and easy. Price was good since I scheduled way in advance. The kids enjoyed the pool.

they need to update the bathroom, and have the rooms ready for people, not fix it after they are there. We also had to get wash clothes,and 1 that we got looked like it had been used as a rag. Stained so bad, I wouldn't use it.

the room it's self was fine, but there bathroom really needed redoing. The shower was a mess, the floor was spongy, and looked like a child had done the caulking. the sink had no caulking on one side . The exhaust fan didn't work just made noise. The desk chair was soaking wet, but was replaced as soon as we called,no coffeepot in the room but was also taken care of. It was all little things, but irritating. The staff was very good and did take care of the problems.

There is definitely no breakfast and no pool, which were the two things I chose to book the stay for. The rooms also sort of smell a bit, some like cigarettes others just a bit off but it’s bearable.

The staff was super friendly and we were safe the whole time. The bed and room was huge.

I didn't like that for 2 weekends in a row I have found a brown recluse in my room. This past weekend I found 2 of them. The carpet is very old and not taken care of properly. To the point of not taking off my flip flops at all

Free breakfast was advertised and was not provided due to “COVID”. It doesn’t make sense that you can’t catch COVID to go get juice or coffee but you can catch it if you go get breakfast. Pool was also advertised as open and was not. Our friends who stayed at Baymount received both pool and breakfast during there stay at the same time as ours. I don’t feel like “COVID” should be used as an excuse anymore. And if it is you should advertise correctly.

Literally the worst experience I've ever had upon arriving at the hotel they canceled my reservation without me knowing only to charge my card and different amount for a different room because supposedly they didn't have the room that I had requested and I didn't find this out until the next day after I'd already stayed mind you there was no hot water It was very dimly lit poorly taken care of and I'm pretty sure the people running the place are meth heads

Well first off when I walked in I find out there’s no hot breakfast. Then I get my room key and go to my room and my entire floor smelt like straight weed thankfully I brought something to keep the smell out of my room. Lastly I saw 2 different roaches but it was already 3am when I saw them and there wasn’t much else I could do so I just stayed there and let it be. This place needs to be cleaned and shutdown while they do so it was disgusting will never stay here again.

There wasn’t really much to like besides that it was close to where I needed to be.

The room was disgusting. Smells like smoke Toilet was dirty Towels were paper thin Cigarette burns on the tub and bed spread. Sheets and pillows were terrible. I booked for 5 nights left after the first night My wife and I slept in our cloths. Outside doors were not secured to the parking lot so anyone could get into the building.

The lady at front desk was horrible! Very unprofessional and rude. Reserved a room with a hot tub only to arrive and be given a regular room with 2 very uncomfortable double beds. Then the only option I was given was 20 off the already way overpriced amount of 217 a night. Then was refused a refund for at least 45 minutes while the lady at the front desk argued and belittled me in a attempt to keep me from getting a refund and leaving. After 45 minutes a guy in a actual business uniform appeared out of nowhere and immediately gave me a refund at which time I left and found a actual good room with hot tub for much cheaper. I feel like this was not the first time they had done this to customers and wonder how many weary travelers they get with their little scam. My advice is stay far far away from this crooked motel and you’ll be allot happier if you do!

Made reservations online through Booking.com for $78 a room and I reserved 2 rooms that are connected. Upon arrival I was only recieved 1 room and it was $83. So I had to get another room and there weren't any connected rooms available. The pool was closed and looked like it had a bunch of scum floating on the top. Half the outlets and even lights in the 2 different rooms didn't work. The air conditioning unit barely blew any air out. The promised continental breakfast that was supposed to be included and is one of the main reasons for booking with the AmeriHost hotel wasn't anything but orange juice and coffee. There wasn't one single piece of food there to even be considered a breakfast. This was by far the WORST hotel visit I have EVER had and will not be recommending or staying there again.

Clerk had only been working there 4 days and was put on full time by herself. Was probably nervous but acted as if she was high on something. Location was rather seedy and motel was in poor repair. AC was making a noise and the maintenance man looked at it and stopped the noise and told us that if it started again, just to "beat on it". I would nt recommend this property to anyone.
