The rates and the service was not so pleasant at first but with Mrs Johnson, the manager accommodating me and helping me made the stay pleasant for me and my family!

There was a cockroach in the hallway, freaked my wife out. We made the guest services aware and offered to change our room if we wanted. Said they would call pest control. Pool was cold, and the breafast was just okay.

It was further away from the beach than we expected so could not walk there. The pool was unheated so we could not use it. I found the pillows and mattress to be somewhat uncomfortable for my needs.

Checking was smooth. The room was as expected and suitable for our needs with four adults and a two year old child. We were given a late check out at noon since we had to wait for an Uber at 1:00 to get to our final destination.

Breakfast was 4/10 awfull. Pastic plates plastic forks an knives. One day no eggs no saucises waffle iron was not working properly.

The balcony was dirty and not a good thing to look at dirty ground dirty rooftop. The pool had a dragonfly in it that was in there the whole stay the pool door had to be left open by staff instead of us having access with the key and the breakfast was terrible did not taste good especially the biscuits and gravy expected a more variety of breakfast egg sausages more variety of fruit. Didn't eat breakfast the second day because it was not enjoyable the first day.

The beds were comfortable the shower was big enough and fast on on temperature. The hotel was not overcrowded at the time. Quiet staff was friendly. The bathroom was clean and the rooms great location right next to everything food and Adventure Ripley's Believe It or Not. On an average it's a great hotel to stay in if you're just coming to sleep leave out and have somewhere to place your stuff down as far as excitement within the hotel there is none just your basic Hotel.

The floors were not clean. I had to wear my flip flops to keep from getting dirty feet. Also the bed was not as comfortable as I remembered from my prior visits. Couldn’t sleep well at all.

The waffle maker was not working. Sometimes the elevators wouldn't go all the way down to floor one. I had to get off on two and walk down.

The bed was far too firm - it was kinda like sleeping on a board - cue aching backs every morning. The pool was very cold - I guess I had expected either a hot tub, or that the pool was somewhat heated. Apparently, housekeeping does not clean/refresh the rooms for stay over guests. If this is the policy, it was never mentioned at check-in, or posted in the room. Had to get extra towels, etc, at the front desk. Breakfast was decent.

Liked the location, & friendly staff. Liked that there was breakfast available.

Holding fee on card even though I paid through booking and befor my stay was done I got a knock on the door but he said he didn’t know I was there although I hadn’t checked out ….. also received message saying that the check out time was at 12 but after talking to them they didn’t even read it just was told that it’s 11 check in was at 4 and not even 24 hours later being told to go it was 142 for one night in a long plus the 200 dollar hold because I used a debit card ohh also the breakfast they have was biscuits and sausage gravy and grits and waffles and cereal and breads and muffins and yogurt

Takes too long to get the deposit back. It was prompted enough and convenient to them to get my money for the deposit but they are not prompted at giving it back. Takes a whole month for them to give it back. They know within 1 hour after you check out that there isn’t any damage to keep the deposit for and they must use it in a crypto investment that it takes so much time to give it back. Ridiculous in this day and time of bad economy to keep people waiting for their own money to be released back on their Cashapp card.
