We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe paid the hotel directly, which the hotel told us was their instruction from Booking.com, but we were also charged by Booking.com. I am still trying to sort this out and hope that Booking.com will refund the double charge.
We had to spend two nights at the Miami Airport Marriott when a New England snow storm interrupted our trip from Martinique to Boston. The staff worked around our uncertain schedule. The waiters and bartenders at the Cane Fire Grille were very nice and welcoming, and served us good food during our unexpected stay.

United States of AmericaService I received at breakfast was not pleasant. I paid for breakfast with my reservation and after confirming with front desk that morning I went into the breakfast area. The hostess sat me in the restaurant where I would have to pay from the menu. When I explained that I had paid for the buffet with my reservation I was met with a lot of questioning and the waitress told me that I had not paid for it and that I needed to go to the front desk again to confirm. She walked me back to the front desk, made the staff member there pull up my reservation again and make a call to confirm. Seemed like a lot of trouble and rude interaction with hotel staff for me to get a basic hotel breakfast that I paid for already.
The room was very nice and the location near the airport was perfect! The shuttle was super convenient.

This is a very beautiful property that is reasonably priced for Miami. It is very close to the airport and has an included shuttle that departs every 15 minutes. In addition, if you are leaving Miami for a different destination (like I was), you can pay to leave your vehicle on the property while you travel.

United States of AmericaWe was 4 ( 2 kids, 2 adults) bed size was so uncomfortable... even if you stayed at the hotel have to paid $25 dollars parking and thank God I'm living here because they charge $14 daily for intern. During my check out I'm pretty sure a manager take care of me because I ask about the parking charge and he take it off THANK YOU FOR THAT REALLY APPRECIATE!
I have a conference there so that's why was good to be there... otherwise I'll have more choices 😌

United States of Americamy flight changed so I had to find an overnight room immediately. traveling with a total of 8 bags and a 5y/o it had to have a shuttle. this was the cheapest I found (at almost $200 a night). Room was basic (bed, TV, shower(no bath)). Check in staff was awesome, kind and incredibly helpful. However, the check out staff in the morning was much different. No one answered the phone when I called from the room, so I had to rush down to request the Bag-cart to be send to the room in 10min. 20 minutes later I found myself running up and down to carry my own luggage down. No one cared.

United States of Americathe bathroom was on the smaller side but not bad at all. I’m just finding something to pick at. the parking gate was also a little inconvenient but these are minor things.
As with most national chains convenience and industry standards are at the forefront of their experience. it’s literally 5 minutes away from the airport and you surprisingly don’t hear a lot of aircraft noise. you can expect a comfy bed and comfortable room space.
