The parking garage doesn't have security. A car next to us got broken into.

Already stated above that the food was wrong and they did not listen to what I ordered. And paying $25 a night for parking at a hotel you already paid to stay at is ridiculous!!

We came for a volleyball tournament. The location was spot on. Love that they have a noise cancellation system in the room being it is located in prime downtown and it is very noisy. My only complaint would be I ordered food from downstairs and made sure to tell them well done cheeseburgers one with ketchup and mustard and one with ketchup. Took the food to the room and both were under cooked and had mayonnaise on it. We do not eat mayonnaise!! We were exhausted from our trip and threw the food away and went to bed. And plan on paying for the location. It is expensive and you have to pay $25 a night to park at the hotel that you already paid for. Just add the cost in the hotel. To pay for parking at a hotel is ridiculous u less it’s valet and this was not!!

It's more of a quirk than a dislike—the hotel rooms are on about the 12th floor (there are direct elevators), and then there's the lobby, so the net effect is that you don't feel like you're in quite as large a hotel.

Location was great and we got a great rate for the stay. The front desk staff were fabulous and the breakfast bar was a life-saver with Tupelo Honey's not open nearby. All the staff were very courteous, and the room was nice.

Had to wait almost an hour for the room to be ready, attempted to check in at 4pm but room wasn't ready until 5pm.

Sheets were not breathable and made for a hot night plus pillows on bed weren't supportive. Bathroom shower head sprayed water in many directions and bathroom shower room was fairly small (these all compared to my other visits at similar properties)

Location was central to our itinerary. Easy to find parking in deck. Lobby was beautiful. Staff was helpful

The toliet ran, the sink faucet was loose, and the beds needed to be vacuumed underneath badly.

Parking was $30. All we did was check in and out, travelled by UBER - total rip off. Also, breakfast was not complimentary; it was $15 a person. I prefer Marriot hotels in other cities ...

The hotel breakfast that they said they offered wasn’t very great - but it gave us opportunity to try the local eats so we weren’t too upset.

The parking deck was small

When we first checked in the room we were assigned was dirty (towels on the floor, bed unmade, cans on table). We went downstairs and the staff was very apologetic and professional. They moved us to another room and made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again!

The fire alarm in our room malfunctioned and beeped every 30 seconds. Maintenance came right up but could not fix the issue. They did remove the alarm so we were able to get a good nights sleep.

The location was incredible. It was very modern and clean. The staff was amazing!

My breakfast was included with my room rate but each time I went to get breakfast the person at the register would try to charge me for the breakfast I told them my breakfast was included with my room rate the lady looked at me and said who told you that it needs to be a better way to let them know your breakfast is included with room rate if not they will charge you without even looking or asking you to check if it’s included.

was kind of a pain with the setup of the parking garage location. the prices at the bar were outrageous, $8.66 for a bottle of Bud Light.
