Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

They could not find our reservation and instead of just fixing it since I showed them my confirmation and everything the clerk was like well we do t have it and kept saying are you sure it is for this location? My confirmation plainly showed it was it was not until 2 others stepped in that it was corrected. The first clerk need to learn better customer service skills for these situations. Appreciate the other two that stepped in.

Our room had a weird “musty” smell once the air/heat was turned on.
Property was clean, affordable and staff were nice. The outside area was pretty and taken care of. They had Christmas decor inside that my 2 kiddos loved.

The elevator was not working during my stay. So they offered me a first floor room, which was great. Upon arriving in my room, it smelled musty like it hasn't been used for awhile. The bathroom was nasty. The sink itself had multiple cracks. The shower had hair everywhere. I was assigned a room with a handicap shower. When the bathroom floor got wet, it just made mud. You could see multiple foot and shoe prints in the scum on the floor.
The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful! Public area of the hotel were clean and well maintained.

NO ELEVATOR!!!!!
I was in room 208. Staff was wonderful! It was very difficult to walk up and down stairs with no elevator working for my walker and I also have breathing problems. I feel customers should have been given a discount due to the inconvenience.

The rooms felt humid and didn’t feel like it cooled at all. The breakfast staff/ Starbucks employees were not friendly. House keeping knocked on my door at 8am. Was kind of upset due to waking me up early and trying to get me out when check out is at 12pm.
The location was great and beds were comfortable with the rooms being spacious. Free waffles and omelets for breakfast. Indoor pool and hot tub. Nice outdoor sitting.

The lighting in the bathroom was poor.

AC did not cool room down completely. Room had a wet carpet smell to it. Killed a small roach in bathroom.

There was no microwave if you wanted to stay in and have a movie night (it's possible we missed some sort of area where a microwave was available to use) and the website didnt list that there was an indoor pool so we didn't pack for it. Wouldve been nice to use.
The room looked nice and clean and had a great set up. And the room had plenty of space.

They need to improve their Alcohol selection. The last 3 stays the Bar barely had anything to choose. Alot of empty space
Love the Staff! Kai is always helpful when I check-in, during, and checking out! The Omlete King... DELICIOUS!!!... Heather is keeping her staff together... My husband and I are regular guest.

The pool looked a little cloudy, so we couldn’t enjoy it. And the hot tub was being worked on, which is fine but I think it should have been covered since it’s so close to the pool. It looked like a construction zone, not relaxing. The breakfast tasted good but it may better for self serve for the waffle station. The wait was too long for a waffle. There was only 1 waffle maker. There was a wait for the omelette also but that’s understandable it was only 1 person on the station. Also the “free or included breakfast” only included a waffle, omelette and coffee or water. No other options. Not what was expected. Overall nice stay though!
The location was great! I loved the mini golf and the outdoor area! The WiFi was good also!
