Staff was terrific. I had trouble checking in because of an initial that was in the wrong place, completely changing my name . The two working when I checked in went to great lengths to find me!! The only negative is that the clock on the room was not yet on daylight savings time

The ac installed on the wall. You can hear the street throgh it. The ac itself was also noisy, so I did not turn it on. The room was cleaned once in 4 days. Stains on the bath curtain.

the balcony not having furniture to enjoy outside. the door was quite heavy but that is understandable given security reasons. options for Netflix or streaming services to be used.

I liked the room size. The bed was very much comfortable and spacious. I loved the balcony and view but was disappointed I had a big tree in my way.

It was more a problem with booking that they didn’t apply the payment correctly to the rooms so I had to pay twice. Fortunately hotel staff sort this out on my check out.

Rate was a bit expensive. Sink faucet was to shallow, made it awkward to use when trying to wash our hands, toilet was way TOO low, and seemed outdated.

Convenience of location, hospital discount, for the most part it was very clean, friendly staff.

Older property, basic amenities. No microwave in room.Parking is tight & back of property very poorly lit. I had a frightening experience, one night ! I parked, was on my phone, in dark car, a man opened my door! I screamed & shut & locked door. My friend on phone continued to talk to me as I drove to front of hotel. As I came around side ,I saw the man, red shirt, with collar,dark pants standing by the dumpster., on my passenger side.Across from him,the opposite side of my car ,a young female ,in shorts holding a phone was standing by a car. I went in lobby ,to report incident, a desk clerk went outside & walked around but saw no one. I parked again in the back & desk clerk walked me inside to lobby. I asked different clerk in the morning if they found out anything or called police, they said they would get back to me ,but I haven't heard from anyone.

The couch with its decorative pillows in the room smelled really like a sweaty locker room. Really needed cleaning. Also the chairs in the common lobby area seemed worn and dirty.

Really it was all great. Did not care for the bistro food offered. Pretty expensive for what it was.

Every thing was perfect, we even used the laundry room, it also worked perfectly. Coffee in the room, all was thought of.

The swimming pool was not very inviting. Rooms are a bit worn but it wasnt a problem for us.

We chose the hotel because of the great location as we were heading to the saw grass mill and because it was near the highway 75. There are lots of parking lots in the hotel area. The room was ok for a one night stay. There are quite a few good restaurants nearby.

The general price of the restaurant was very expensive and also the shop in the hotel (which I understand is a convenience store so that’s expected). But for the quality of the breakfast it was pricey. The housekeeper did knock on my door at 11 which I don’t think she should have done (to check if checked out -check out is 12)

I stayed here before cruising and the location to the port was good considering this property was much cheaper than those close to the port. I was a solo female traveller and also felt very safe. I had a really comfortable stay. The room was exceptionally clean and the staff were all friendly!
