Lack of atmosphere and no safe in the room.

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and it was a great location. It was a cheap Uber ride to Disney springs and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel was also very quiet.

Bathroom.had hair on the floors and wall of shower. It was 11:07 am and avocado toast is not available. Why is that only a breakfast option? That makes no sense.

Pool area was nice, like option of being to visit the other hotel pools.

Breakfast at the Bistro restaurant was $18 but there were not enough options.

Water was out for the last night I was there. And the staff did not inform me.

It didn't have valet and there was a humid or wet smell but it wasn't too bad. The sliding door in the room was hard to open. And the mirror was hidden in a closet.

We were very disappointed that the hot tub was not HOT. Hated the air conditioners blowing at you in the hall and that the hallway was hot. Some family members were woken up early on the weekend mornings. I understand work needs to be done but a Saturday or Sunday morning is unacceptable.

I like that breakfast was available and we had the discount card that we use toward it. I liked all the common areas that we could use since we were there with a large family. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I got a $10 off ticket when I checked in, but when I presented it to the restaurant for the breakfast, I was told that it should have been refeemed the day before, which doesn’t made sense since I just checked in the day before. It also happened to the rest of my family (we booked 4 rooms)

The staff in the food hall seemed preoccupied with their own issues and it took forever for a staff member to acknowledge I was there and wanted to place an order. The guests in the food hall were very rude. I sat at a table to eat my dinner the night of my arrival and family just sat down at my table didn't even ask if it was ok. I was trying to enjoy my meal in peace. The son was throwing a major temper tantrum about not being able to buy something. So I packed up my food and left.

The front desk staff were super friendly when I arrived and also when I checked out very early in the morning. Room service attendant was always pleasant.

It's always charges that pop up. They have not given me my deposit back. The parking was horrible, and I had to pay for parking.

Rooms are very small (and we stayed in the biggest room they have). The second pool seems to do not be well maintained. The hotel in general had an update in the lobby and rooms, but you see in general this is an old hotel.

The location is amazing, close to the parks, stores and restaurants. The main pool is also very nice and well maintained. They have a Starbucks inside the hotel which is a good alternative if you don't want to pay for the hotel breakfast. In general, the hotel was clean and staff was nice.
