We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

I showed the check in clerk my booking.com reservation and clearly stated two rooms booked. After 10 minutes of not being able to find another room stated that we had no choice but to accept the one room. Do not know if this was hotel's fault or booking.com

United States of AmericaHot tub was closed and the corridor to the bathroom from the pool area was long and cold. Not user friendly when you have children. Also lots of ants in the corridors to the pool and around some of the pool chairs. Beds weren’t comfy could use a thicker topper or something.
The bistro was a great added feature here. A little pricey but the food was great. Also adding the breakfast to the room was awesome. Loved that it wasn’t a continental breakfast

Staff was great, and eager to help. I received texts asking what they could do to make my stay better- I have never had that anywhere else before. I went to the front desk to see where the meeting I was attending was, and was led by an eager polite gentleman to walk me down as he made conversation. Everyone was great.
