The lighting in the bathroom was very dark. Hard to put on makeup.

I liked the location a lot. The staff were very helpful and I would stay there again.

First room we had wasn't good, very small beds, quite dingy with a large number of aircon units under the window which kept us awake all night, staff changed us to a far better room

Fantastic location, close to all sites. Comfortable beds. Excellent cleaning service by Bowie. Extremely helpful concierge. The free tea, coffee and water station was a great bonus.

An extra coffee machine on the mezzanine would be nice. The line backs up quite a bit first thing in the morning.

The coffee machine which also make great hot chocolate (common for guests at Mezzanine) broke down for a couple of days!

The location was really great for the plans of the family! Skating rink, hop on hop off station, food of many types, proximity to Grand Central, etc…

Nothing unexpected. I would have loved a hotel bar or an in room mini bar but these were not promised so it is my expectation that was mismatched, nothing the hotel could have done differently. All in a great experience for a budget trip.

The hotel was basic but great value for money. The team were welcoming, helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The free tea and coffee and warm cider were very much appreciated. All good. Basic and inexpensive but worth every cent.

The double rooms could've been bigger to put more luggage space, it was a bit cramped but given that it is 2 beds in the room, it is also doable. The location was great for the hotel so can't complain much.

Free coffee/tea which was great. The gym was not too bad, a little bit small for a hotel gym but it is doable. The location was convenient, right beside bryant park and was convenient to walk to metro stations.

The coffee machine was great but there was only one e so it got a bit busy and was a bit cramped as the mezzanine is a bit small. I was a little dissapointed there was no fridge in the room but suspect I could have got one if I needed - saw staff delivering one to another room.

Location is excellent. Perfect distance from Time Square to avoid all the crowds but close enough to walk there. Hotel was neat and tidy. Everything was clean. The coffee machine made up to some extent for the lack of a restaurant and there are so many places close by to grab a bite that it doesn't matter. We enjoyed it! A big bonus is that it's virtual across Bryant Park which usually has something happening there.

The hotel room was nice and the location really good near Fifth Avenue where you could do lots of things on foot. WIFI was good, rooms were cleaned every day. The two Queen size beds were nice and comfortable.
