I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a bathtub, but appreciated the shower. Also it was a bit spendy for my low income budget. I do wish that I could have found a deal that would have helped me stay another night or two.

The bed was super comfortable. I really liked having a couch to chill and watch T.V. and I liked how the T.V. was movable so that you can enjoy your show or movie comfortably either on the couch or while in the bed. One of the nicer places I have stayed at, I would have to say.

More coffee in the room would be nice

Slept better than I do at home, mattress was heaven to sleep on, location was easy to get to & parking was great. Room was clean & welcoming. Next time I'll stay longer.

Room smelled strongly, must be some sort of cleaning agent but smelled like strong aftershave. I think the $12 parking charge is a bit of a scam

Certain things were not inclusive so I was confused when desk clerk mentioned the extra money request on my credit card which later is refunded. I took it to mean I already paid for breakfast. So perhaps a short explanation when talking about the extra toward the room is, "for example, if you order breakfast, tell cook to charge breakfast to your room and that $20 will be applied to your breakfast." People use to free continental at a lesser hotel may confuse easily

The welcome by the staff at the counter was cold. Smell of chlore in the hallway. The insonorisation is useless. Hearing loud steps from above and people in the neighbours restrooms, noisy noisy noisy.

The fact that whomever was in the room above us were totally oblivious to the fact that other people were in the room below. From the time they checked in(after us) they stomped around, jumped up and down, and basically made our stay a living nightmare. This continued until just before midnight of the second day and picked up again at 5 am the next day. There was also an issue with the phone as we could not figure out how to use it (no one warned us) and hence, could not call the front desk to complain about the noise from the other room.

The staff(especially the kitchen staff) were excellent and extremely helpful.

I did not like the Fact that to turn on the Shower , I had to stand in the Shower to turn on the water and Had Cold water Blasting me to get the Hot water on, I believe when most People want to take a nice warm or Hot Shower in the Morning they Can set the water Temperature to their Liking and then enter the Shower of Water. Not get a Blast of Cold Water First..

Breakfast was ok , Short staffed and it took about 30 minutes to get. Should have been much Quicker service wi 2 People working the in Starbucks and preparing the Food orders.

The room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. We had a small balcony area.

The bed was not comfortable to sleep on. The walls are very thin. We stayed on the second floor, and I could hear the guests above me walking, running, and talking. I wish there was daily housekeeping because I like to come back from a day out with my bed made and fresh towels.

The staff was very friendly, and check-in was quick. Parking was easy and abundant. The property was easy to find and in a good location. I loved the layout of the room.

The bathrooms need updating. It is an older hotel and everything worked but it needs updating.

This hotel was in a good location and clean and comfortable. We were in town to see my daughter and her family. It worked for us, and we will probably stay there the next time we visit as well.
