The floors of the room and common area on my floor have not been vacuumed in a long time, there was stuff all over the floors. Understandably the pool was closed off due to recent storms but the coffee machine, hair dryer, fridge all didn’t work in my room. It’s not housekeeping’s fault, they must just need more people to deep clean and check facilities

The staff was so friendly, and did what they could do accommodate. Housekeeping even folded towels in cute shapes

A lingering smell of weed a few days after Saturday party at Thrive bar/club.

Good sized recently updated room on 12th floor with view of the pool and north Dallas. Beds and bedding was comfy. Bathroom adequate and good size. The carpets in the hallways absolutely hideous. Breakfast buffet very good selection of salty and sweet options. Good fruit options for the health oriented. Location is good with walking distance to the very few things downtown Dallas has to offer a tourist. Easy to get on the massive highway system to take you to sights around the metroplex.

The pool deck was not open despite the website saying it was open. Upon walking into the room it was clear it was not vacuumed well, because there was hair on the floor. There was also a plastic flosser just sitting on the couch in the main room, and some sort of residue on the table.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, as I checked in early at 1 pm instead of 3pm. The room was tidied and we were provided with fresh towels each day.

They took 200$ per person deposit, 400$ in total. After 6 days the deposit is still NOT back in my bank account. Scam policy from the hotel and booking who allow this method. In NO one rule here this is NOT mentioned! Disapointed and oppenig a dispute!

While it seems that the rooms have been recently remodeled and are comfortable, there are little details that are missing. For example, there are no hooks to hang towels. There is a rack to store them, but once you use them, you don't have where to hang a wet towel to dry for a second use. Neither in the shower nor next to the sink. Also, the curtains seem to be new, which was nice. However, the very first night I went to close them, part of it fell off the rack. I called that same night and a couple of times after it and no one went to fix them. I'm glad it was only a part of it and was able to close the whole window. Otherwise, it would have been a problem.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful when I asked them for assistance and extra stuff for my room.

The filters in the room were old and there was no ventilation when taking a shower. More upset with booking.com and their customer service and false advertising.

It was not very clean and poorly ran and they gave us someone else’s room upon check in. We entered into someone’s room with all of their belongings which made me uncomfortable.

It’s a nice a hotel but the pictures online don’t match. The rooms online look nice & up to date the room we got looks like it could some renovations.

Loved the location however getting an elevator & parking was horrible. I believe the staff did their absolute best. I have no complaints about the staff or the cleanliness of the hotel.

Rooms were old and musty. Didn't receive a breakdown of charges after checking out. No parking for larger trucks. Had to leave in public parking space away from hotel.

Very expensive, and staff were unhelpful on arrival, did not answer my questions competently, could not be bothered. No eye contact, no welcome. And I had to agree to a damage contract. And the receptionist would not give me a receipt!!!

The pool wasn't in the best of states and it was a very busy weekend because of an important football match, which means the hotel was full of very loud college kids... not the best when someone mistakenly knocks on your door at 3am...

The elevators are terrifying. We were stuck between floors at least once, and the lurching/rattling is absolutely not reassuring in any way.

Restaurant was lovely, room was great. Water damage to the bathroom door was visible, though repaired. Spring for a new door, folks.
