We did have a weird thing happen with the Keurig machine which made us unable to use it---it had been sprayed (maybe with paint or something). I reported it when we were leaving--I am sure if i would have said something while there they would have taken care of it, but it was not that big of a deal since I didn't NEED it. We ate in the restaurant at around 10pm Sunday night April 1 it was not busy and yet it took forever! Then when the food arrived it was NOT fresh and honestly over priced for what we got. I think the burgers were reheated from earlier they were super dry. The chicken strips were over fried (and then microwaved) so that the chicken was so dry my daughter couldn't eat it. That was a bummer as they had good reviews for the food generally.

Room was great, clean, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were nice. Towels were aplenty and the TV / room arrangement was great. It was quiet on our floor and generally didn't see anyone but the staff on the floor when we left our room.

I didn't like how they did not have housekeeping clean the rooms every day. They have a "five-day" policy in place that limits how often your room is refreshed. If a customer is paying full price for each day they stay in the room, they should receive full services each day just like on the first day, which includes a full cleaning.

I liked the cleanliness, spaciousness, and overall appealing design of the room. I especially liked their guest laundry service, as that was such a treasure to have in any hotel, especially when traveling. I liked the secured lobby and elevator entry as it made me feel safe.

The staff at front desk were brilliant and welcoming. Good beds, good restaurant and gym facilities along with good laundry facilities. Not right downtown however trolley close by and they offer a shuttle from the hotel.

The thjng is , it’s not the property it’s the whole cancellation. I called to cancel reservation almost 2 months in advance because the concert was postponed and you booking.com wouldn’t cancel my reservation. Very disappointed in your company

It was very nice, clean and well kept. The front desk staff were nice but very short and seemed irritated when we were asking questions. The restaurant was amazing. Overall a great stay and we would gladly stay again. Within walking distance of the moda center is great

I nearly slipped in the shower, despite all of the bars to help me stand up. Also the tub is very narrow so someone who needed a shower chair would not be able to use the facilities in this room, that was marketed as accessible. The threshold from the entryway into the bedroom part of the suite was almost too narrow for a wheelchair. These are somewhat minor complaints but I feel that if these issues are rectified, not only would you be more ADA compliant, I would be able to recommend other disabled people to stay here. But right now if they are more disabled than I am, I would not recommend it.

It was almost everything I needed it to be, and anything that I felt was missing was easily obtained by request through calling the front desk.

Coffee stops at 6 am

We love the pool and hot tub! Location was perfect and the staff was very lovely. I think the only thing was they quit serving coffee at 6am . A hotel like this I would normally expect coffee at least till 10 at the earliest on a weekend. But they nicely gave me a cup from the restaurant.

The hotel staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. From Randy at the front desk to the shuttle driver to restaurant staff to housekeeping everyone was welcoming and eager to help. I loved the fact that there is a maxi stop across the street and a terminal several blocks away. The bed was very comfortable and the room pleasant.
