Elevator worked on and off, not enough kitchen supplies and they were in rough shape.

The road noise was really loud (nothing you can do about that) but hard to enjoy the balcony. There was not room cleaning and no broom and dust pan so it was hard to keep the floors clean with sand from the beach. There was rarely anyone at the front desk.

We liked the layout of the unity and the temperature of the pool.

Lack of cooking pans. Also there was not staff present to attend to teenage yelling/partying in pool area, till early hours of the morning. It was a nightly problem

Our unit was dated. Dishwasher did not work. Pots were old. Furniture a bit tattered. Whole unit needs updating.

The staff make this place a top place to stay. The front desk ladies are super nice. The apt is spacious and having 2 washrooms is very handy.

Gulf Boulevard traffic was a little noisy but wouldn't deter us from staying here again.

Loved the location. We could easily walk to John's Pass. The condo was very nice, large balcony. Really liked that we had our own assigned parking space. Never had to worry about where to park. Beach was across the street with easy access.

1 bed was way too small for 2 people. The kitchen was not well.equipped. check in opens at 4pm but the staff is gone by 5pm. You need to drive to a place nearby to collect the keys. The room was quite dirty, dust all over.

My assigned parking was taken by someone that didnt even have a permit, was told park elsewhere by someone on the phone.Also, even though the room was VERY clean, it definitely needs some attention and updating..

When we got there, discovered a mistake in reservation, the Mgr was VERY pleasant, helped and fixed the situation. Cannot say how refreshing it was to be helped with incredible professlism and care.

The apartment itself, specially the furnishings, was outdated. There was no security in the building after hours, meaning there was not even a locked door, anyone could come in and out without a problem.

There were limited towels for the beach or the pool... We ended up grabbing two.. There were three of us.. We wash them ourselves because there were no other towels to get when we return those. Not a big deal. I can't think of anything I didn't like about the place. We only had one car so there was plenty of parking. Would it be nice to have access to better beach items.. We had to rent chairs for $50 a day

We love the location... Would prefer to be on the other side closer to the beach... But I did go down and see your other location.. It was very quiet where we were. We did get locked out on saturday night... And there was nobody to help.. Nor did they answer numerous phone calls. I would hate for there to be a real emergency. We didn't end up cooking at all there were no mixing bowls.. So the kitchen could use a few more things...

I had to go to sister hotel to pick up my keys and I flew in so I did not have a car and had to walk about 1/4 mile with lugguge down the street. Spent a lot of money on transportation to get around. Nice location, but without a car it's pricey.

A few more kitchen utensils, 1 more trash bag, cookie sheets, forks, pizza cutter, etc

Great place, especially for the price. My only suggestion is to add a couple more kitchen utensils. More forks, maybe a pizza cutter, cookie sheet, etc. other than that, the place was clean and everything we expected
