The rooms are big the associates are friendly attentive. They play games for adults and kids enjoy this resort plus across the street they call it their sister resort were u have access as well.so have tennis basketball grills well maintained and vert clean it's a nice resort

Our AC was not working. We had a long day at a theme park, and the last thing we wanted was to be hot. They were very quick to come and temporarily fix it. The fix got us through two days, but it stopped working during the second night again.

This was a very spacious and clean place to stay. I stayed in a two bedroom suite that had a king and a queen. It also had a sofa bed that we had a child utilizing, which the only complaint she had was it was a little squeaky.

Furniture was heavy and dated and not comfortable in the dining and living room. The master bathroom lighting was dull and not bright enough.

The swimming pool itself needed a better clean.

The room was spectacular (2 bed condo). Very large, well equipped, very comfortable, high quality furnishings, balcony, everything. Kitchen was beyond expectations. Beds were comfy. Huge bath, good shower. All in good condition. The pool at Cypress Pointe was cold, but the ones at the hotel next door, which is just a 5 minute walk were warm. The cafes/shops were well equipped and did decent food if a bit pricey. Plenty of loungers and tables by the pools. Would return.

My kids were disappointed that the sand volleyball courts were gone, and this year the playground was inaccessible so we had to go across the street to the partnering resort to use their playground. Not a huge deal, but just a slight inconvenience. We would love to see a bar and have some music playing by the pool to make it a bit more "lively". Another suggestion would be to offer umbrellas for shade around the lounge chairs (that can be put up/down as needed).

We loved that the resort has reciprocity with the neighbor resort across the street, so we could change it up a bit and use both pools and try all of the different activities. We have been coming to Cypress Pointe for over 10 years now, and have seen great improvements with the new owners. The sport courts were a family favorite, and the ease of checking out balls was appreciated. We loved the poolside activities like Bingo, Trivia, etc.

Stayed for 4 nights with our mother and auntie in a 3-bedroom condo. The check-in was quick and easy and the staff very friendly and helpful. The apartment was on the second floor and there was no lift so it's something to keep in mind. We got help with the luggage so that was great. Plenty of parking right outside of the building although at night you might need to drive a bit further from the building's entrance to find a spot. The apartment itself was fantastic. It is vintage style for sure but grand, spacious, clean and very well equipped. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, iron, hairdryer, very good toiletries including hair conditioner which was a nice touch. Every room had a TV and its own bathroom. However the bathroom in one of the rooms was inside the room. Imagine a large space with very large bathtub in the middle, bed against one wall, the sink and the shower against the other wall. Very odd setup and we'd prefer the bathroom to be a separate room. Can't imagine having a steaming hot bath with the bed two feet away. Crucially, the toilet was indeed separate. The kitchen fully equipped if you like cooking your meals, the dining area was great and the living room was massive. There were two balconies to enjoy as well. Beds were large and comfy. In terms of the facilities there is a shop/cafe on site right with food, snacks, drinks and basic necessities. Also a lovely pool with plenty of sunbeds. Staying at this resort also gives you access to the fancier-looking one across the road. We went to take a look and it was impressive with bar, restaurant, two pools, mini golf. Very nice and we did enjoy a drink there a couple of times. The location of the resort is excellent - very close to Disney parks, shopping, restaurants and attractions. All in all a fabulous stay and we would love to return one day. Excellent value for money for our group of 4.

There's 3 floors in each building and no elevators but it wasn't a big deal we were on the 2nd floor. The toilet was a little small for me personally.

The apartment was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. There's a place to get food onsite and a bar by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a lot of information on the daily activities they offered as well as coupons for things nearby.

Some of the older rooms are set up a little weird. We rented a studio and the only thing that is not in the “bedroom” is the toilet.

Great place to stay. It was close to everything. Next door at the sister resort was a nice outdoor bar.

This property feels like a second home to me! I have been coming here for over 10 years and love it! The space is clean, comfy and cozy. Just the right size for my family and the perfect location to go to Disney parks or Universal. I highly recommend it!

Parking on the weekends was rough. If you came in late Friday or Saturday, no spots were available and had to parallel park in undesirable locations.

The size of the resort, the lay out, and all the supplies in the kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Also loved having pool towels readily available.
