Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Great place to stay for overnight layover at SFO. The shuttle made it so convenient and stress free. It is simple but super clean and amazing service. They even packed us a little to go breakfast as we left at 4:00 a.m. (nice surprise)

Some of drawers and the bathroom door wouldn't stay closed.
Continental breakfast was conveniently located and the food was good. It was much less expensive than downtown SF and it was only a short Uber ride away. There are also restaurants and stores within walking distance. The neighborhood felt safe. Rooms were clean.

shuttle ride form the airport is only about 20 minutes. The sheets were so soft and the staff very helpful. I missed my morning shuttle return ride so the staff booked me an Uber which I paid for with cash to the company directly. Very simple and easy.

The ride to the airport took a lot longer than expected. They should tell people when they check in the although they are the 1st stop coming from the airport, they are 1st stop pick up at multiple hotels and then United is the last terminal to be delivered. WE were very rushed and would taken an hour earlier shuttle if this had been pointed out.

The hotel is located on a busy street, so there is lots of traffic noise. The breakfasts are poor.
I liked the close location to the airport. A complementary hourly shuttle was available. The price for San Francisco was good.

Not super clean, my room had a damp smell to it, and the shower curtain didn't do it's job.
Great staff, comfortable place. Just right for an overnight stopover.

This is very minor really but the shuttle bus was over half an hour late to what was quoted in the info I was given, but when the shuttle did arrive, the driver was helpful and matter of fact. Helped me with my luggage onto the bus and into the hotel too. I would suggest to anyone if the shuttle is late, there is a phone you can use in the shelter and all the hotels name is listed. Give them a call. I didn't as I kept thinking, 5 more mins.... 5 more mins.... :)
I only stayed a night as a stopover as it was near the airport. I was picked up by their shuttle bus so that gave me reassurance and no need to find my way there. Check in was great and the staff was helpful and provided me all the info I needed Room was spacious and clean, had a microwave, fridge and coffee maker that can also dispense hot water (easy to use too) Bathroom was clean with no mould or a feeling of dampness Car parking was free Breakfast was provided too which was included in the booking, which was great as we had a long drive ahead of us so kept us going. I arrived late and didn't want to go out as it was dark and there was nothing about. They did provide two eateries that I can order from but they were a bit pricey. Thankfully, they do sell snacks and drinks downstairs you can purchase so I bought a pot noodle and drinks which did the job as I had eaten on the plane anyway.

Shuttle service was not available in late evening, so Uber to hotel (a short distance away cost almost as much as the hotel room.
Proximity to the airport was a huge plus, as we had a 10 hour layover, late at night. It allowed us to sleep and then get the shuttle back to the airport rejuvenated. Nice Breakfast options too!

The room was large, but there was only one chair, the desk chair. A small couch, or lounge chair would have been a great addition.
The hotel is very convenient to the Airport and has courtesy bus available. The reception staff were helpful and the room was spacious and clean.
