The laundry facility’s did not work properly an there was only one machine working but could not dry

Large recess for hanging clothes, silly arrangement for coat hangers left everything squashed together. Room still picked up traffic noise but it didn't stop me sleeping. No lightbulb in main lamp.

Pleasant staff member who gave me rooms away from the noise of the freeway. Underground parking with elevator to the main hotel and accommodation. Close to places to eat and down town. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.

No elevator. The breakfast bar was very odd location with poor ventilation and tight quarters if more than three couples were in at same time.

Easy check in, easy to locate room, basic decent room that is clean, as comfortable as a budget hotel room is and relatively quiet. We had a very late check in and the woman who checked us in was very nice and helpful with a great personality and made us feel welcome.

I was given a room with an entrance to the attic which kinda creeped me out, I don’t remember ever having one of those in a hotel room. also the outside of the property could be better maintained there were beer cans and cigarettes all over right outside.

it’s always a good distance from where I need to be going when traveling. the AC unit worked very good. the lady who checked us in was very nice.

3 providers of " room rates" all over the place , this price seamed high , but not much advanced notice , 20. higher then rooms across the hwy .

I was late booking room , staff found details very quickly , room was older but clean , stayed across the hwy last month , this has a charger for phone other place did not , was worth the 20 extra . quiet , close to stores .

Cleanliness, old and rundown facilities. Beddings with hole.single sofa chair was so run down and need to be changed. Office chair for desk is too big.need to change to smaller one. When you enter the first time, the room really smells like old closets or something. But thanks you for great service.

Attendant in Breakfast area cleaned the tables and then proceeded to clean the food area and utensils with the same cleaning cloth! 😱

The door on room 125 doesn't fit the frame. Very noisy and drafty. The curtains won't work. You can easily see clear in to near the bathroom because of the mirror location and the curtain's ineffectiveness. Guests should be issued clothes pins until you fix that.

Location. Staff (we only interacted with staff at check-in and check-out)- very friendly. Our original room had a chirping smoke detector which the desk clerk couldn't fix. She immediately moved us to a new room.

Room was fairly basic, 1 desk chair, bed was hard, and the whole place needs a lift, paint and reappointment of fixtures.
