No hot water in sink. Thermostat kept changing it's set point from 73 to 75 on it's own through out the night. The bed shakes a little every few minutes all night.

Staff very friendly, shower was great, pool was great and room was quiet.

The stay was comfortable except for the shower. the management had turned the water pressure way down. In doing so, it was almost impossible to wash your hair and get rinsed off. Probably took more water than if the pressure was normal. Left feeling like you needed a shower. That is the main complaint and will have us looking for a different place to stay next time. too bad, liked most everything else.

Ok, For a quick snack. Lacked in cooked offerings, lacked in cooked eggs and toast!

I woke up during the night to a slight smell of marijuana. I think one of the guests might have been smoking in the hallway.

The TV didn't work at first, but the attendant came right away and fixed it. (A previous guest had left it in game mode, and we didn't know how to change it.)

The room had a musty smell/dirty-sock smell. The bathroom and sink were dingy/cracked from age most likely. The hallway noise was minimal, but we could hear the people above us walking all around, very loud. Thankfully they went to bed and got up about the same time we did.

The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good: yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, hot coffee. Bed was comfortable. Check-in process was simple and easy. The AC cooled the room well.

Room smelled like animals had been in there. Carpet felt sticky. The coke machine was out of all soft drinks. The breakfast consisted of waffles, toast or a couple types of pastries. The juice machine was out of order.

The only good thing about this room was the bed was ok.

We choose places with pools for the child to swim after traveling. The pool is freezing and the hot tub water was cloudy and brown. It may as well not have any swimming facilities.

Used the washer with tide soap, the powder did not dissolve and left white crap all over our clothes.

paid extra 25$ for dog room that smelled pretty bad. It was not worth the money but we booked at the last minute so I guess that’s what we get. breakfast was very basic.

We had a fridge that was loud the last night we were there. It woke us up every time it kicked on. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi wasn't working. This feature was one of the reasons we chose this hotel.

The staff was friendly and professional. Whenever we asked for extra towels or toilet paper they responded with eagerness and were very prompt. I also appreciated the small fitness center.

The air vents need to be cleaned or replaced.

The hotel staff was very nice upon check-in. The rooms were clean. It seems like housekeeping takes pride in their job. Other than the air vents in the rooms and the halls, it seems life the property is being maintained.

No elevator. Desk staff, when you could find them, acted like you were wasting their time. Parking lot is small and location wasn't very easy to get out of. Air conditioner was noisy and mage water gurgling noises.

I hate “rain” shower heads. Shower “closure” only covers 1/2 the shower opening—water everywhere. Only one bedside table for two queen beds. I guess just one of us needs to put things in reach of the bed. Waffles only hot breakfast. Best Western had biscuits and gravy. And last, the herd of buffalo upstairs!

No elevator to get luggage to 2nd floor. Having no sliding door on the shower allows water all over the floor. The hot water was almost non-existent in the shower. Our toilet did not flush properly.

The desk staff were very nice and helpful. The beds & linens were clean & comfortable. The heating/cooling unit worked fine. Breakfast was plentiful with choices. The breakfast area was clean.
