The shuttle took over an hour to pick up and folks were having a hard time communicating with front desk about arrivals. I was sent to the wrong room, and when I got to my correct room I found a huge roach in the bathroom, did not bode for a comfortable night.

The parking was horrible.

When I first made it to my room(203) there was urine on the floor and in the toilet. So I gathered all my things and went to the front desk and was issued a another room(205). I feel like I should've received an discount. The shower head needs an serious cleaning or replacing.

Bed was extremely uncomfortable, ac/heat not working properly. Small refrigerator was not working. We had to get our key rescanned every day. Asked for 2 towels and 2 extra blankets were told they were out The room was extremely cold We have never had these many problems

- Smaller room size - Spotty WiFi that barely connects - Shower water temperature goes from scorching hot to freezing cold intermittently and within seconds - Loud, running toilet - Small desk area The low rating is mostly due to the spotty WiFi and shower temp. If these issues were addressed, I’d definitely recommend this hotel since it’s close to the DFW airport.

Rooms need updating, bathroom very poor, don't think they've changed since I last stayed in one 30+ years ago! Staff weren't overly helpful.

The hotel itself is run down and needs a good renovation. The office looks very dumpy and the greeting was pretty weak. The hallways / walkways to the room are dirty and need paint. The room is very dated. The shower did not work properly. The water came out very weak and it constantly changed from hot to cold. The bathroom faucet water tasted moldy.

The Bed was comfortable. The pillows were good. The bed had clean sheets. The bed was the best part of the hotel. The carpet was pretty clean. The room itself was quiet. The AC and outside noise was minimal.

1st room had 2 loud barking dogs next door and the a/c did not work. The sheets on the bed were gross. They did not look clean. 2nd room was a little better, but the sheets on this bed had holes in them that looked like smokers 🥵 burns. Did not want to be touching them

Didn’t meet cleanliness expectations, mattress was very uncomfortable, the “blankets” were more like sheets without comforter. The people next door had two dogs who barked and slammed against the windows ALL night.

I had messaged a few days before (through Booking.com) while I was still out of the country to ask if there was an airport shuttle and there was no response. I spent $35 on an Uber. (Yes - I should have called but it didn't occur to me at the time.) The shower switched from scalding to freezing every few seconds. The blow dryer got hot and sparked in the outlet. There was only decaf coffee in the room and the coffee didn't work in the lobby.

I liked that it was close to the airport and there was a place to get food right there. We only needed a place as our connecting flight had an overnight layover.

Restaurant was basically just a take out place. No bar, plastic utensils, lighting too bright. The shower was either scalding hot or cold. I spent my whole shower trying to reach a comfortable temperature to no avail. I was told I could get a bag breakfast in the morning despite having to leave at 6:00. At the desk I was told it was not available.

Good price, bed very comfortable. The free shuttle to and from the airport was ok but it did cruise around a lot until filled up. The shuttle is shared by other hotels.

The room was clean, but some things from the previous guest was found there. The breakfast was very poor & provided in individual bags based on the reason of COVID -19. In comparison to this, there are other hotels that do provide a full and complimentary breakfast:

The shuttle bus was provided to & from the hotel . The staff is friendly & helpful. The room has everything you need for one or two nights. We found our stay fine. If you just need a room for a night, then this hotel is fine.
